“We’ve been coming to this branch for a little over five years now. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Navy Federal location in Culpeper (it would definitely be nice to have one closer), so this has been the most convenient branch for us. We’ve been NFCU members for over a decade, and in our experience, it’s consistently been one of the best banking experiences we’ve had, with rates that have been very competitive over the years.
I wanted to highlight a recent visit where we worked with Reese. We came in to take out another auto loan after closing out a previous one, and there was a bit of an overlap where our old loan hadn’t fully cleared yet. Reese helped us navigate that situation from start to finish.
She was incredibly kind, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. It genuinely felt like we were speaking with someone who cared about helping us find the best option, and she took the time to understand our situation before moving forward.
In the end, she was able to secure us a rate that was better than we were expecting, and we were able to complete everything in under an hour. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Experiences like this are a big part of why we’ve stayed with Navy Federal for so long. We really appreciate the level of service we’ve received over the years.
