“For those who aren't familiar, fair trade merchandise follows specific regulations to protect workers from exploitation and protect the environment. Latitudes is a cute little store in downtown Fredericksburg that only sells fair trade goods. Its stock varies from knickknacks, accessories, home decor, and reusable items for daily living. Around the store, there are sometimes cards that explain who the items were made by and how the merchandise helps fund their food, medical supplies, and education. The staff are also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend going here to find cute and useful merchandise while supporting a good cause.”

“Wonderful place to shop with great-quality items and frequently rotating inventory. I’ve always found the staff to be kind, professional, and helpful to customers of all backgrounds. They may walk around and check in to see if you need assistance, which I view as good customer service, not suspicion.
Let’s not accuse these women when they’re simply doing their jobs. If that style of service isn’t for you, shopping online or elsewhere may be a better option. Overall, a great store with plenty of sales, especially on out-of-season items.”

“I recently visited Latino Meat FXBG and had a pretty good experience. The butchered meat was a standout – it’s affordable and fresh, perfect for any meal. The store also has a nice selection of Latin ingredients and spices, which is great for anyone looking to cook authentic dishes.
The fruit section, however, was a bit on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected at specialty stores. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. I'll definitely be back!”
