“I lost my beanie at Kohls 2025.1222 (Monday) and no one turned it into lost and found. I normally would not do this but I'm posting a selfie and a picture of me wearing it on the off chance someone sees this. My husband bought the beanie for me when we had our honeymoon at Loveland in Colorado so if anyone sees it and could return it I would be grateful. It says Loveland in block letters. It has pink, yellow and blue. Thank you.

“This is my go-to shop to grab the wife gifts. They staff are super nice. They are not pushy. They are definitely not snooty. Their selection varies by season and they have limited selections; it is what it is. Expect to pay, but in return you are getting high quality. The brands they carry make quality clothes and jewelry. Have to plug the staff again. Super nice and welcoming to both women and guys. Keep up the great work!”
“I have been a Cato shopper for a very long time. I love their clothes and styles. They have unique items. Their clothes will last a long time. You can basically get your entire outfit in Cato.. I enjoy shopping at the Fredericksburg store. I have a good time with the staff and other customers.”
“I walked in yesterday for the first time in my life. I was just having a daughters day with two of my daughters, and my one daughter loves Buckle. I am a curvy girl aswell as my other daughter, so I assumed this wasn't a store for us. I was so so wrong! We felt was seen, heard and shown such love! Had a blast! The first time in my life I was handed a pair of jeans that fit PERFECTLY on the first try. Same with my daughters. I finally had fun shopping. What an amazing experience ♡”

“Wonderful place to shop with great-quality items and frequently rotating inventory. I’ve always found the staff to be kind, professional, and helpful to customers of all backgrounds. They may walk around and check in to see if you need assistance, which I view as good customer service, not suspicion.
Let’s not accuse these women when they’re simply doing their jobs. If that style of service isn’t for you, shopping online or elsewhere may be a better option. Overall, a great store with plenty of sales, especially on out-of-season items.”

“This store is a hidden gem. It is not in the mall- but I actually like that because it is not overwhelming. The staff has always been consistently kind and friendly. The clothes are beautiful and great quality. I also love that they have a large clearance section when they are switching out the seasonal items. The clearance prices are pretty great. I am a teacher and they give you a discount if you show your I.D. One time, I forgot my school I.D. and the worker was so kind and let me show her my school email account and was totally ok with that. She actually didn't even ask to see it- I just wanted her to know -. I appreciate the KIND service. Customer service is what sets this beautiful store apart. Loyal customer and glad to shop here. <3”
“My first time at this location (store 3528) was great! I was greeted upon entering but was left to look around on my own, which I greatly appreciated. Once I had picked a piece or two Luna asked if she could start a fitting room for me. After I tried on my picks and wasn’t loving them she helped me find better options and I left with a full outfit, looking better than if I had chosen for myself.”
“This place has a good selection of skirts, tops and sweaters. I purchased a tweed pencil skirt from here for next to nothing. The sales associate gave me all kinds of good ideas as to how I should wear the skirt. Everyone here is friendly and professional without being pushy. This store has a lot of good sales and clearance items and who doesn't like that.”

“We went last year at this time and the place was a mess. Clothes on the floor, stock blocking isles, shelves an array of mixed up inventory it was as if a riot just happened. We gave it a try last week and huge difference. It was clean and items where they should be. The only issue was they only had one cashier and ran out of bags. You either carried all your purchases or buy one of their big shopping bags for 1 dollar”
“Willow is a dream. The clothes are so thoughtfully curated. The owners have an amazing sense of style, and are always buying beautifully made pieces for the shop.
They have an ability to find the best out there in women’s clothing and bring it all together into one perfect shop. We are so fortunate to have this special shop in our city, it is such a treasure.”

We are always graced with a friendly sales person (male and female) that will spend the time that it takes to choose the proper wardrobe & accessories. “I came into the store looking for jeans and wasn’t really sure what style or fit would work best for me.one of the workery took the time to help me find the perfect pair. Before leaving this review, I read some others and saw one claiming the store was racist, which surprised me. As a Black Hispanic customer, I felt very welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Everyone was kind, helped me with the fitting room, and checkout was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be having a wider selection of sweaters and shoes, but overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back”

“Love this store!! I can always finds great deals on the CLEARANCE racks first thing ?. Then I mosey on throughout the store to find other deals such as appliances, shoe's, fragrances, handbags, or even wall art. This location is clean easy to navigate through with your basket. While waiting to check out the store has a plethora of goodies throughout the aisle such as chocolates, Chic water bottles, hair accessories, coffee also assorted teas, fashion jewelry and much more. “Haven’t been to Hot Topic in a while, but I had wonderful time exploring the various new merchandise in the store.
Shelby is fantastic!!! Such a lovely and bubbly personality. She greeted me the minute I walked in, told me about all the cool sales going on and was more than happy to help me find some Helluva Boss shirts. I went back to the store to purchase a mini back pack for a friend and a Shelby told me about a matching wallet that she found. Top notch customer service right there ???
Overall I had an amazing time shopping at Hot Topic and will definitely be back.”
