Staff are impressive, doing their job and making everything easy and simple. For any customer service needs, this is the place to go. Associates help maximize budgets, explain promotions, and are patient with questions. They communicate well and do everything they say they will do. In an emergency, associates from other departments will offer help to get customers what they need. The store has good deals on clearance items and beautiful plants. Delivery is great. While issues with brand new appliances or out-of-stock items are not ideal, the helpful employees make the experience positive. The manager and associates will go out of their way to resolve problems and help customers get what they need, creating a good experience where customers feel helped and happy.
