“Milaya and I have been going to Dog Krazy since Jan 2023. Their staff is helpful, patient, and genuinely love dogs.I worried about finding a groomer that would be patient with my girls, Nyx and Milaya. Kristy and Chris are fantastic!! My girls LOVE them!!Dogs know good people and my girls enjoy all the staff at Cosners and their Downtown location. (We haven't visited the other locations.)I always recommend Dog Krazy when people ask me for a great place to bring their dogs.Edit: They also know of and recommend rescues for puppies and adult dogs looking for their special family! So if you are looking for a dog or puppy, be sure to ask them.”

“We had a very short wait time and the staff members were very welcoming. My dog is people selective and for each of her three visits, she was the calmest and least reactive. This was due to the staff members being very patient and calm with her. I’m so happy that we can get vaccinations without stress!”
“Yesterday (7/18 around 9/10am) came in and purchased a baby bearded dragon. We had an amazing experience! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us, she was so kind and knowledgeable. Took the time to inform us as well as show us some adorable pictures of her animal babies at home. Will definitely be retuning to this location!”

Other businesses in and around Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania area make good use of the items carried in the store's inventory. The management here is top notch. “These two babies get groomed at Petco every 6 to 8 weeks. The crew at this place is always SO excited to see them and make you feel great about dropping your babies off! Of course they hate getting their nails done or teeth brushed but they always look so good afterwards! Again the best part is the excitment. Even when i see people Ive never seen before, they call my dogs by their names and will come out just to say hello even though they aren't the groomer scheduled for them. Really appreciate it! Great crew here!”
