“I want to thank Keegan and several of his team members for going above and beyond! First the pickup truck I reserved was not available just prior to my arrival, so Keegan called me and I approved a box truck he offered. Then when I arrived I discovered I had reserved the wrong car trailer. But Keegan and the team took care of that (and in the rain too!). And lastly, when I loaded my car into the auto transport trailer, one of the ramps went flying out (there was a problem with the safety catch). The team figured out a way to get my rear tires onto the trailer and all the while in the pouring rain! I was super impressed by their dedication”
“Have been with Anderson for about 8 years with great service. Had Tiger Fuel come by for my annual tank fill up last week. For some reason my tank was filled up to 87%! Don’t know why it was filled up beyond the safety level of 80%!
I was promptly contacted by Tiger and educated on why this was not a safety issue since my tank is buried and less affected by temperature changes and expansion. Thanks Tiger!”
“I needed some propane tanks filled for my camper short notice, there Guy had already left, but they were able to give me some other choices that were very close by, their competitors. I appreciated that, good customer service by the lady who answered the phone. If I lived in the area they would be a place I would go for propane. It's not always about the price, sometimes it's about the service you receive.”

“We ran out of propane last night and we are on an auto refill with this company. I was petrified to get them on the phone for an emergency service after reading the reviews of other people in this area having the same problem. I called the emergency number twice and then spoke with my local Fredericksburg office today. They had a delivery driver at my home between noon and 1:00 p.m. who delivered 400 gallons of propane to us. This driver's name was Joey and I cannot be more grateful to this man. He actually got out of his truck with a shovel and helped my husband remove some of the snow from our driveway so his truck could back down. I am so sorry that a lot of people have not had such a pleasant experience. When companies do something wrong, it's okay to write bad reviews. But when companies do something right you've got to give credit where credit is due.”
“They went above and beyond with us. Tony in service is absolutely wonderful!!!! He went out of his way to fix our tank correctly so they could fill it and they actually came same day to fill no placing an order and waiting for the fill up.
