“The employee I worked with was Elise. You have an awesome woman in her. Kind, efficient, patient with my lack of knowledge…. Just a real peach of a person!!!!!!! I hope you know how valuable she is. It is people like this that draw customers and then make them loyal to use your service. She is exceptional. Bobbie Price”

“Hands down the best storage unit I’ve ever worked with. Being nomadic, I’ve been in my fair share. They use transparent and fair pricing. Customer service is really good. They pick up the phone, return calls, are kind and helpful. I highly recommend. Strongly consider using this storage unit over others that lack both transparency and integrity.”

10 Leeland Road Ste 101, Fredericksburg VA 22405
“After finding this storage rental company, we signed up online. Mark contacted us soon after and gave us helpful information that made move in a breeze. A couple of months later, we found the unit that we had selected (split/ 2 small units) wasn’t large enough for our needs. We called seeking a larger unit. It was the same gentleman, Mark, who picked up the phone. He is super friendly, answered all of our questions, and provided some great tips and insight….. making this storage rental a pleasure to do business with!”

“Not too long ago, my mother and I were at CubeSmart moving items from our storage unit into the new house. When we got home and started unpacking, I went out to the SUV to grab my cold drink, and that’s when I realized I’d left my thermal cup at CubeSmart. I honestly doubted it would still be there the next day. I called the office, and the first person I spoke with said she hadn’t seen it. I left my number just in case. The following day, I received a call from Amy, the general manager, letting me know she had found my cup and set it aside for me. I was seriously ecstatic. Thank you, CubeSmart 😃”

“Great experience renting a truck from Herb. He was so helpful and thoughtful which is rare these days when dealing with customer service. We had just had 2 bad experiences in a row with budget truck rental before coming here, so it made us appreciate dealing with someone helpful even more.”

“Incredibly friendly and very reasonable prices. We have a parking spot with them, so I can't say what the storage units are like, but I imagine they are perfectly fine.I do wish the parking spaces were a little wider to give a little more space to maneuver, but that's a nitpick. Also, they don't seem to keep the gates locked (or at least they haven't been locked whenever we've been there). It's not in a bad area and there's video surveillance, so I'm not terribly concerned about it.Overall, I'd recommend them highly.”

Susan and her staff are the best! We had 7 units at 1 point. The prices were good and fair and the campus and units were clean. We can't say enough nice things about this place! We HIGHLY recommend it!!!”

“Far too many Self Storage places are ether unmanned and fully automated or only seldom attended. This storage place is so much better than those other places – – with a large and welcoming lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, and lots of room to maneuver your stuff when you haul it in the secure entry area. A nice variety of clean and secure storage spaces. And a very reasonable and flexible, contract agreement.”

“Skip past ALL the other storage facilities who wait for you to move in and double your rates. After private-equity storage doubles your rates and thinks you wont move, this is your only stop.”
