They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and both of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and it was obvious they take pride in their work.

“Fantastic place. I like that they have bathrooms available during business hours and porta-potties for after hours. The place is well maintained and management and staff are super helpful and nice! Only thing I wish they had was a dumpster on site.”

“I had a great experience. Got to look at two of the available storage rooms. The rooms are in a temperature controlled environment. The rental is similar to a storage unit my parents had, but theirs was not temperature controlled. What's nice is if I can continue downsizing, I can switch to a smaller unit. The icing on the cake was they had a special and my rent dropped quite a bit.”

“If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Me and my husband Owen visited here to ask about a tow dolly and Herb helped us. He didn't have one but he took so much time out of his day to find one that was right off the interstate on our way home all because me and my husband wanted to ride home together after purchasing a new car. He even called to check on us to make sure we got it smoothly. He was so kind and sweet! We got our tow dolly and our on the way home in the same car all because of Herb. He was just an amazing person to meet and chat to for awhile. It was above and beyond amazing customer service. I 100% recommend this place for any storage/uhal stuff you need!”

“Incredibly friendly and very reasonable prices. We have a parking spot with them, so I can't say what the storage units are like, but I imagine they are perfectly fine.I do wish the parking spaces were a little wider to give a little more space to maneuver, but that's a nitpick. Also, they don't seem to keep the gates locked (or at least they haven't been locked whenever we've been there). It's not in a bad area and there's video surveillance, so I'm not terribly concerned about it.Overall, I'd recommend them highly.”

“We stored some funiture here while we were living overseas. The front office staff was very helpful with setting up our climate controled unit and helping us set up online payments over email. They were prompt in replying and even sent us emails about price changes. Checking out of the unit was a breeze, and we will definitely keep this facility in mind should we ever need to rent a unit in the future.”

“I want to thank Keegan and several of his team members for going above and beyond! First the pickup truck I reserved was not available just prior to my arrival, so Keegan called me and I approved a box truck he offered. Then when I arrived I discovered I had reserved the wrong car trailer. But Keegan and the team took care of that (and in the rain too!). And lastly, when I loaded my car into the auto transport trailer, one of the ramps went flying out (there was a problem with the safety catch). The team figured out a way to get my rear tires onto the trailer and all the while in the pouring rain! I was super impressed by their dedication”

“Far too many Self Storage places are ether unmanned and fully automated or only seldom attended. This storage place is so much better than those other places – – with a large and welcoming lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, and lots of room to maneuver your stuff when you haul it in the secure entry area. A nice variety of clean and secure storage spaces. And a very reasonable and flexible, contract agreement.”
