This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Worst calling experience of my life, called 3 times through the day at normal business hours and had me on dial for 20 minutes a piece. I would rather swallow broken glass than go through this again.

Clients are left waiting for long durations and staff don't acknowledge to even let guest know they see us.
Most of the time when we come it takes 20 + min. They are always slow!!!!!!!! Please send them help!!!!!!
