I LOVE this gym. The classes are amazing and really push you. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and energetic. I would recommend this gym to anybody who’s looking for assisted growth but also wants to option to workout alone.

Best gym there is best class and over all motivating, my fitness level was at 0 and it’s still not very high but I feel stronger and more healthier. They give you a comfortable workout environment and push you to be better they are there to help!

I have really come to enjoy my time here. The staff is outstanding and always friendly. They know their stuff and guide us, the students, through all of the exercises carefully. They continuously explain what to do to get the most out of the each exercise. I never thought exercise could be so much fun.
