I called UPS near courthouse Road and they told me that they cannot complete my project but sent me to Kristen, Kristeen completed my project and I gave her NO ideas. All I gave her was my son name and told her he was graduating and she completed his sign. She was so sweet and has amazing customer service. Thanks Kristen...
