“It's so overwhelming that it reminds me of a Wegmans. This commissary does not carry all variety of items I can get at other commissaries. I was
shocked because its so big I thought they would have everything every other one would have.”

“If you're looking for a fine dining experience then this is not the place for you, but if you're looking for good food, you'll find it here. This was our first time here and the staff was helpful with food recommendations. We really enjoyed the spicy chicken, veggie combo, and the lamb tips were excellent! I would definitely recommend the food.”

“I am a loyal customer to this Aldi location, and for good reason! Parking is always a breeze, which is a major plus. The selection of products is consistently on par with or even better than other Aldi locations I have visited. But what truly sets this store apart is the friendly staff. They're always welcoming and helpful, making my shopping experience a pleasure.

Another aspect that impresses me is the store's cleanliness. Unlike some other Aldi locations I have gone to and shopped at, this one is always tidy and well-maintained, with no cluttered aisles or overflowing boxes. It's clear the staff takes pride in their work.

Given these strengths, I'm happy to give this Aldi location a well-deserved 5-star rating. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience with great prices and excellent service, look no further! I will continue to choose this location over others, and I highly recommend it to fellow Aldi fans.”

“this is a streamlined but well stocked. Aldi. as usual, you find excellent deals with a good variety of food items. the only deficiency I see would be healthier eating options like plant-based meats. the store is basically set in the past model.”

“Everyone is friendly here from the front of the house to the butcher. Great selection from kimem to traditional houseware items. Injera that is made in-house and is the best! Light and fresh always! I use to always get Ethiopian injera until I discovered Alem gebeya injera. It’s always an easy 1-stop shop for all habesha needs, the best in the area!”

“Good prices, they were putting out new stuff which is nice to see. Did self checkout as I only had a dozen things and the lady overseeing self checkout helped me look up a hot bar item (buffalo wings - very good).”

“Excellent place with great service, my go to place for everything Balkan. Includes plenty of Bulgarian foods, the place to go for them. I could call it "the local Bulgarian store", not just former Yogoslavia is represented. Great diversity of good foods”

“Great Place to shop. You will find most of west African foodstuffs.
The real problem is like with all African store the high price. On average, African stores tend to be more expensive than their counterpart: Hispanic, Asian and American groceries.
This is really awkward, if we know that Africans make less than all than all these ethnicities.”

“Really love this Aldi and frequent it. Such good prices- we can get a full cart for about $100. Good produce with usually some good organic options. Never too crazy busy.

Definitely have to go on different days to catch some good stuff/sales.”

“Can't remember which location this is, but any aldi I recommend, always a solid selection on food and such. Great prices on everything too. Glad they're not just in Europe.”

“Looks a bit run down, but clean, well-stocked, and great prices. Meat prices are better than Lidl, as are frozen foods. No self-checkout, so the lines sometimes get long, but the cashiers are fast and they are good about opening other lines. I only go to Giant for pharmacy and things Aldi's doesn't carry.”

“This store lowkey does not pass the vibe check.

TL:DR - Hiring process is crap and annoying to deal with, Hispanic section is good, and their donuts are AMAZING.
Come here AT LEAST for the donuts, fr worth it.

8 of my friends (9 including me) never got any kind of response when we applied to work here, plus the managers always seemed to mysteriously unavailable to be spoken to.
I've literally called the store, got told to call back the next morning, called the next morning, "Manager on vacation" :/
when will they be back? " X date." Thanks so much.
Called back on X date, "She'll be here tomorrow morning" thanks.
Calls back tomorrow morning, "Hi, not here. Call again tomorrow morning."
At which point I came INTO THE STORE to speak with this elusive hiring manager, just to be told that they were on vacation and won't be back for a while.
: )
So suffice to say, hiring process seems messy, outdated, unreliable, and flat out non-functional at times.
The website needs to be updated, the employees need proper customer service training because regardless of what I'm calling about, and who's answering, it's always in a tone that sounds like I might aswell be interrupting a neurosurgeon mid incision.

The only redeeming quality of this store is what it sells, and I'm not talking standard groceries.
Not only does Shoppers have a decent spread of hispanic foods, ingredients, drinks & snacks, but it's also got some of, if not THE BEST donuts you could buy from a store.

The donut chains like Dunkin or Krispy Kreme got nothing on SFW donuts, they got Croissant donuts (Cronuts), marble iced, Holland Creme (my favorite), jam filled, lemon pudding filled, boston creme, and of course all your standard donut types like powdered, brown sugar, plain and glazed, not to even mention some specialty ones they have on occasion like the apple pie filled brown sugar, or marbled icing cronuts.
Plus they're reasonably priced, which automatically raises the rating for me.

(Next I get donuts I'll snap some pictures and add them!)”

“I really like going to this store, it's the fifth time, and I find everything I need in addition. I like spending time with a cashier who has very good customer service, her name is Roxana, she always has a very good attitude, she smiles, greets, and is friendly like very few in customer service, other times I have had cashiers who serve in a bad mood, I recommend this place and the lady who mentions that she works there. ?”

“This is an amazing place to get your meat! The meat is always clean and fresh! The staff is also very nice and super kind! I would definitely recommend this store for any meat, masala and Pakistani products! 10/10”

“A great community market with food a many places in the world, focused around Ethiopia. When I came in I was greeted and given suggestions based on my likes. They took the time to cook up my food, put on traditional spices, and make sure the experience was amazing! Great attitudes, amazing people, a strong pulse of the community!”
