Housewares include pots, pans, silverware, glassware, mugs, coffee station supplies, bakeware and baking supplies Also gardening tools and supplies... seriously! They have indoor and outdoor furniture and even plants, flowers, herbs in pots and bouquet flowers! They have greeting cards for holidays and special events U can almost always find organization gadgets and items They have some supplies for vehicles They have pet toys, gadgets and supplies This truly is 1 of the most random store I've seen! All stores don't have same inventory; some have larger selections BUT a lot of stuff is low quality soooo choose wisely! But it's best 2 shop within first week or so, when items come in season because employees say they can't order additional inventory AND their systems are so antiquated that data isn't accurate... systems may show amount in stock but store may be sold out! ☆☆☆ READ FOOD LABELS ☆☆☆ A LOT of items have genetically modified ingredients! Also bio-engineered ingredients!!!”

“The parking lot is sketchy, there’s homeless folk, drug users and people begging for money passing through. Thankfully, the security guards and hard working staff here make up for it with their smiling faces, positive attitudes and efficiency. There’s a Hispanic lady who’s manager during the day. I can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond to help me locate my cell phone after I accidentally left it in a shopping cart. In my experience, customer service here is excellent and continues to exceed my expectations.”

“This store lowkey does not pass the vibe check. TL:DR - Hiring process is crap and annoying to deal with, Hispanic section is good, and their donuts are AMAZING. Come here AT LEAST for the donuts, fr worth it. 8 of my friends (9 including me) never got any kind of response when we applied to work here, plus the managers always seemed to mysteriously unavailable to be spoken to. I've literally called the store, got told to call back the next morning, called the next morning, "Manager on vacation" :/ when will they be back? " X date." Thanks so much. At which point I came INTO THE STORE to speak with this elusive hiring manager, just to be told that they were on vacation and won't be back for a while. : ) So suffice to say, hiring process seems messy, outdated, unreliable, and flat out non-functional at times. The website needs to be updated, the employees need proper customer service training because regardless of what I'm calling about, and who's answering, it's always in a tone that sounds like I might aswell be interrupting a neurosurgeon mid incision. The only redeeming quality of this store is what it sells, and I'm not talking standard groceries. Not only does Shoppers have a decent spread of hispanic foods, ingredients, drinks & snacks, but it's also got some of, if not THE BEST donuts you could buy from a store. The donut chains like Dunkin or Krispy Kreme got nothing on SFW donuts, they got Croissant donuts (Cronuts), marble iced, Holland Creme (my favorite), jam filled, lemon pudding filled, boston creme, and of course all your standard donut types like powdered, brown sugar, plain and glazed, not to even mention some specialty ones they have on occasion like the apple pie filled brown sugar, or marbled icing cronuts. Plus they're reasonably priced, which automatically raises the rating for me. (Next I get donuts I'll snap some pictures and add them!)”

“July 15, 2026 Over the past few months of going to Aldi, Good: Store is always clean, accessible and usually has items in stock, if you are there early enough. Good cashiers and fast. Bad: One cashier, even though you have your own bag, will still place your items in the cart instead of inside your bag that you placed on the cart. 2) Have seen more than a handful of customers not scanning items under their carts when at self-checkout. 3) Have seen many customers steal the Aldi shopping bags, as they walk out the store, after using the self checkout. 4) Some of the refrigerated items were moldy and expired.”

“Before you go here and or any food star, be prepared for most if not all people there speaking Spanish, if you don’t understand Spanish, this might not be the place for you. Also staff here are kind when needed but are sometimes pressing/rude if they suspect something or your breaking a rule, etc. I go to food star often for groceries and the groceries are usually pretty good and the prices are decent which is the only reason I rate this place a 4. Also the obvious of not bringing any suspicious things like backpacks, if you mind your business and follow the rules, they will mind their business.”

For example there are no gluten free, vegan or diabetic friendly sections at all. Realm lets you browse "digital doubles" of real Walmart products by navigating through several make-believe worlds. Target's new low-cost brand Dealworthy is rolling out this month in stores and online. With items starting at under $1, it is aimed at budget-conscious shoppers. The low prices on basics like phone chargers, paper plates and underwear will likely appeal.
Walmart is growing the number of its physical stores across America. The retail giant announced plans to open 150 new U.S. stores over the next five years while remodeling 650 current locations. Popular Florida-based grocery chain Publix is venturing into uncharted territory - Kentucky. Come 2024, Publix will unveil its inaugural Bluegrass State locations, comprising six stores sprinkled between Louisville and Lexington.
