“Arwa is an outstanding teller today. Despite the rush hour line at the lobby and the drive thru. She was able to get clients what they needed, and I was greeted with a big smile. Arwa knew what needed to be done in order to move the line quickly. She worked efficiently with quality customer service.”

“Typically when you walk into a bank - there is a stuffy attitude and strictly business approach. Not so at this branch. I’ve been frequenting for over 5 years now and everyone is pleasant, knowledgable and ready to assist. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the manager - you are treated like a valued client. The ladies (as of the time of this review they are all ladies working behind the counter) are always friendly and helpful and if they don’t know an answer immediately, they work hard to get you one. I highly recommend this branch and go out of my way, passing other Bank of Americas, to come here!”
“I recently had an appointment with Ajay Verma at the Gainesville (VA) branch. Due to current life circumstances, I had intended to make a few adjustments to my PNC accounts. During the appointment, Mr. Verma was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about PNC accounts and products. Through brief discussion of available options, I was able to make the needed decisions regarding my accounts. Overall, I was very pleased with the appointment and am glad to know Mr. Verma is available at the Gainesville location and nearby for all PNC banking needs!”
“I was in a bind with paying my income taxes on time and Debbie Neal helped me out tremendously. She handled all the paperwork to initiate my credit union account and issued me a loan at about half the interest rate my credit cards would have charged. She even cut the checks and addressed the envelopes for mailing. All I needed to do was put stamps on them and I was DONE.”
