CVS Pharmacy in Gainesville is a full-service pharmacy with experienced, helpful and caring pharmacists. The crew is wonderful, kind, professional and absolutely a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to make things easy, rapidly getting prescriptions ready and working with customers regarding various needs. Many employees are very nice and helpful, even when busy. The pharmacy offers convenient services like same-day pick-up, drive-thru, online management, refills, delivery and a mobile app. Customers can get vaccines, enroll in auto-refill, and pharmacists can search for savings. However, the website can be frustrating, as it sometimes fails to bring up requested information repeatedly. Overall, the team cares about people and provides quick, convenient service.

The store service is fine. The website however is not. About 30% of the time that I use the site, It does not bring up the information as requested, and continues to do so repeatedly. Very frustrating.
