When I first called, Anastasia let me know they’re a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they’re helping another patient—but I’ll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we’ve experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they’d order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone—without even seeing my children. That’s not care—that’s just billing insurance as quickly as possible.
Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.”

“Our wait time for the urgent care was short under a half hour. Was a short 4 minute drive from our hotel. I called prior and the receptionist had said the wait time was under 30 minutes. All the staff, nurses and doctor were incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn't made to feel inferior as a mother to how im treating my child's sickness. First time that I felt heard at doctors office. I truly appreciate how great they treated my family. He said to keep up with the home treatment and over the counter medicine just to add steam. The steam is the trick.
