Manager Jessie and all the staff saved our trip!!! Granted, they could hear the issue with our skid plate for miles before we got to them, but they could have ignored us! We showed up in shambles at 6:57 and they were all so kind and reassuring. Raises for the whole staff please! Thank you!!!
