“These guys are amazing. If you need jeep work this is the place. I bought my son an old tj and it had a shack at 50 mph. Old owner spent almost 7k at Bull Run 4x4 and the problem was still there. I took it to Bull Run and they quoted me afew thousand to redue the work they did . I said no . I found cris and he took the jeep for a test drive and diagnosed the problem. As the torque converter. Im so glad i found these guys .”

We explained what we were looking for and he checked his inventory and took us out back to show us the 3 choices that fit what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to work with. “I ran by this Jiffy Lube to have my cabin air filter changed and was not ready for an oil change yet. So I pulled in and was immediately greeted by the Manager Doug. Who asked me what I needed today! I told him I needed to change out my cabinet air filter, that everything else was good. He took my information, changed out the air filter and got me on my way in minutes. One of the things I like about the Jiffy Lube system, is they have all your services saved in their system and if you need to come back, in between oil changes, they can see what needs to be done and do additional services at anytime. GREAT JOB DOUG! Thank you!!”

“I had a wonderful experience today! I walked in for an oil change without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule one for next Monday instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. He let me know they could fit me in and have me in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated.
A special thank you to Keith, the head mechanic. He overheard that I didn’t have an appointment and immediately stepped in, saying they would take care of me that same day. That level of kindness and customer service truly stood out. Everyone was professional, honest, and made me feel valued as a customer.
It’s not often you come across a team that’s this hospitable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you all for making what could have been an inconvenient day so easy!”
