“These guys are amazing. If you need jeep work this is the place. I bought my son an old tj and it had a shack at 50 mph. Old owner spent almost 7k at Bull Run 4x4 and the problem was still there. I took it to Bull Run and they quoted me afew thousand to redue the work they did . I said no . I found cris and he took the jeep for a test drive and diagnosed the problem. As the torque converter. Im so glad i found these guys .”

“I ran by this Jiffy Lube to have my cabin air filter changed and was not ready for an oil change yet. So I pulled in and was immediately greeted by the Manager Doug. Who asked me what I needed today! I told him I needed to change out my cabinet air filter, that everything else was good. He took my information, changed out the air filter and got me on my way in minutes. One of the things I like about the Jiffy Lube system, is they have all your services saved in their system and if you need to come back, in between oil changes, they can see what needs to be done and do additional services at anytime. GREAT JOB DOUG! Thank you!!”

“CALVIN IS THE BEST, AND HE DESERVES A RAISE. I never write reviews, so you know the service I received was excellent! I've been a Manassas Valvoline customer for well over 8 years, so I'm not new to the experience; I love that you get to stay in your car - it's honestly one of the best things I like about it! But today was exceptional. When I tell you Calvin took care of me, he was service with a smile and really knew his job in and out. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the entire process. I NEVER get additional services to my car, because I never feel like it's important enough, but I got both filters and my tag light changed - because he explained the WHY. Most if the techs I've gone to sounded like they WANTED to make a sale but couldn't care less for my safety; you could tell he genuinely cared for my safety and made me understand the importance of why. Great salesmanship! I hope Valvoline pays him what he's worth, because I would come back just for his knowledge and kind demeanor! I've seen him before, but always got other techs. He's great! Valvoline Manassas has a gem! 🩷”

“My husband and I went to the dealership knowing what we wanted. We were greeted at the front door by salesman Girma. We explained what we were looking for and he checked his inventory and took us out back to show us the 3 choices that fit what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to work with. We didn't need to go back and forth a bunch of times trying to get the best fair price. It was definitely not high-pressured sales, and we never felt pushed. I would shop here again if ever in the market for another new Honda. We purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring edition and love it.”

“These guys are beyond awesome. I’ve gone to them in the past and had great service. Recently, they were not able to help fix my car through no fault of their own, but were extremely kind to work with me for the last 3 days to try and help find solutions and hold onto my car in the interim. Getting rid of the wheel lug nut locks so I can continue working with them in the future 🫶🏼”
