We explained what we were looking for and he checked his inventory and took us out back to show us the 3 choices that fit what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to work with. “I had a wonderful experience today! I walked in for an oil change without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule one for next Monday instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. He let me know they could fit me in and have me in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated.
A special thank you to Keith, the head mechanic. He overheard that I didn’t have an appointment and immediately stepped in, saying they would take care of me that same day. That level of kindness and customer service truly stood out. Everyone was professional, honest, and made me feel valued as a customer.
It’s not often you come across a team that’s this hospitable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you all for making what could have been an inconvenient day so easy!”
