“The cashiers and employees all seem to be trying their best. Corpo Shell needs to invest more in this location. Namely, to get the systems to work together, resolve issues with pump: unresponsive touchscreen, touchless payment module offline, sometimes locks the card in and you can't get it back out and have to wait several minutes, etc etc etc. If Corporate reads this, please work on improving this and the Chilhowie location. Thank you to the nice cashier woman who helped me get my card out of the pump today (11/21/25) Small edit, it's been a couple of months, and I noticed I haven't had issues with paying w/ card at the pump anymore, so maybe they fixed something. Another small edit- I saw today they have white kerosene, and I was able to get 15 gallons worth for my elderly friend. I greatly appreciate this. The Hunt's Brother's pizza inside is also nice, they keep them fresh and warm. I ate two big giant slices and that filled me up for $6.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
