“Language barrier on the phone but when I got here there were different people to communicate with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have issues getting extra items like towels and pillows. The room smelled weird. But it was functional and Appeared clean. Towels are stained. Bring/buy your own soap and shampoo. Not a hotel I'd usually stay in but thanks to hurricane Helene everything is booked and this hotel was the only one with an opening. I did read the reviews and I'm glad I don't see bugs or broken glass.”

“Id like to say I felt so welcomed and semi spoiled lol the man at the frount desk was so nice and helpful. This is definitely a place that I can say customer service was top notch and needs no improvement. The little Italian restaurant next to it was phenomenally delicious and not to expensive,❤️ all my request to the frount desk was filled with a friendly Accommodating smile something I'm definitely not use to back at home. Next time I come to Virginia me, my dog and my family will be staying at this place again. I myself also found the view of the interstate at night quite a beautiful sight :)”
