“My MacBook Pro charger cable unfortunately broke. I called Apple tech support, and was informed, due to the age of my computer, Apple no longer made replacement parts for my specific computer. I spent several days looking for a replacment part, and was unsuccessful nor did I have the finances to purchase a new computer. I randomly decided to stop by Experimax and was greeted by Leonard. I informed him of my situation and he was able to provide me with a replacement charger within a few minutes. I’m so grateful for Leonard and the service that he provided for me. “they do fast and efficient work and it’s not so pricey if you have apple care, my only problem is that they “replaced” the glass panel on the back of my phone and the screen bc it was cracked, when they gave it back to me, my phone didn’t have any signal and they told me to just call my carrier. when i took it to my carrier, they told me they replaced the whole phone so i had to get it reactivated. i would have appreciated if they would have told me my phone got replaced.”
