“This store is the absolute best store for technical help on any of your phones or computer and I just left there. They’re so nice and they’ve opened a few more in Charlottesville. I think he said Fredericksburg for sure but I just wanna let you know that if you go there, you were gonna be so grateful I got recommended to them when I had a laptop that the battery died and she told me about it, which is awesome so I was just walked out and I’m really really grateful and they helped me and there’s nothing better than good customer service and I am in customer service myself and if I had a picture, I would take a picture of it, but I’ll take a picture of the card.”

I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“I have a Best Buy Total Tech Membership. It's completely worth the yearly cost at $189. It covers ALL the electronics in your home - even products not purchased from Best Buy. Took my son's ABS Gaming Tower there a couple weeks ago. They diagnosed the problem within 24 hours, didn't charge me to install the new RAM chips and gave a discount on the price of the RAM chips. That kind of job would have cost hundreds of dollars more anywhere else or even at Best Buy without the membership - it only cost us $176. I've had this membership for 5 years and it's paid off many times over. For items that you did buy at Best Buy, if they can't fix the problem, they will replace the product with a new or equally priced items.”
