“Came in here today and was assisted by a man named Noor. The service was exceptional! He assisted my mother in purchasing and transferring a new Samsung phone. We would not have been able to do it without him. Thank you so much, Best Buy! Great employees 😊”

“I wish I had the names of the two young ladies that helped my son yesterday but unfortunately I did not think to get them. They were awesome! My 8 year old came in looking to spend some christmas gift cards and they helped him shop for what he was looking for and even shared the clearance special information that allowed him a free toy! At 8 years old he understood the excellent service and it made him feel so special to be treated just like any adult! I give these two women nothing but props!!! Its hard today to get good service in a lot of places but they nailed it and my sons evening! Thanks Gamestop Shortpump!”

“I just had a horrible customer service experience with Olivia being dismissive as well as ignoring my teenager as she is in line spending money. Well Jake made up for that. Super helpful and went out of his way to ensure I found what I needed. He was very kind in gestures and tone. Kudos to you Jake. Olivia could learn A LOT from you. Actually, you guys should switch roles. You should be at the registers passing out that outstanding customer service. THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP”

“A big shout out to Chris, Brandon and Teddy at Best Buy. In the market for a new frig and washer/drier. Chris took time to review what would work for us with measurements and features. They were great with checking out as well. All were very patient with us boomers and made a potentially stressful chore a lot of fun.”

“Though I was canceled service and my visit was to return my modem, I have to commend the staff and process. The return was smooth. Verizon could learn from T-Mobil. Return a phone to Verizon, and even it is in perfect condition, they'll always find a way to downgrade the device condition. T-Mobil was thorough, asked if I was happy with the service, and provided a printed receipt for the device. They were busy, and taking care of me wasn't going to result in any commission, but I wasn't rushed or treated like I was no longer valued. Excellent.”

“We stopped in on a busy Saturday to grab some lunch at the Roost in 7-11. Not only was the food great, Ginger, the gal that waited on us was the definition of awesome customer service! She was one of the friendliest employees in a convenient store I’ve ever encountered! I cannot praise her high enough! I will be calling her manager and giving her a very high recommendation for her service and work ethic! These days, it’s hard to find younger people with such a happy, helpful attitude! Thank you Ginger!”

“The employees here go above and beyond to help customers, but this store is in desperate need of more self check out lanes. Four is not enough with minimal staff.”

“I drive by three 7 11s to use this store. The owner and his sister are very nice. He also owns one on LIBBY below Grove. But what makes this place very special is the tall youngman with braids who treats everyone like family..he is friendly, very customer oriented and goes out of his way to serve you with a smile and friendship. I hope 7 11 appreciates his gift and his dedication to the corporation. The man with the three Chinese grandsons.”

“Just making sure I went to the correct Target. This one is located in Glen Allen. Right. Not sure why other reviewers had such challenging experiences. Ok. I was here to browse at first, because I love to shop at Target Stores. Being on vacation from Houston Texas, I didn't think of anything. This one is much better than back home. Yeah. Restroom was clean, functional and modern.Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). I bought a pair of clearance shorts that I was waiting for the price to drop. Perfect!”

“Not sure why the scores for this Target are so low??!! I LOVE this location!! Is it busy?? Of course it is!! People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”

“I ran into get something to drink. If you have the rewards app where you can add your phone number to the system it will give you a discount or whatever you buy. I believe this also includes gas so why not get the app today to look at gas prices.”
