They were great with checking out as well. All were very patient with us boomers and made a potentially stressful chore a lot of fun.”

“Though I was canceled service and my visit was to return my modem, I have to commend the staff and process. The return was smooth. Verizon could learn from T-Mobil. Return a phone to Verizon, and even it is in perfect condition, they'll always find a way to downgrade the device condition. T-Mobil was thorough, asked if I was happy with the service, and provided a printed receipt for the device. They were busy, and taking care of me wasn't going to result in any commission, but I wasn't rushed or treated like I was no longer valued. Excellent.”
“I wish I had the names of the two young ladies that helped my son yesterday but unfortunately I did not think to get them. They were awesome! My 8 year old came in looking to spend some christmas gift cards and they helped him shop for what he was looking for and even shared the clearance special information that allowed him a free toy! At 8 years old he understood the excellent service and it made him feel so special to be treated just like any adult! I give these two women nothing but props!!! Its hard today to get good service in a lot of places but they nailed it and my sons evening! Thanks Gamestop Shortpump!”

He also owns one on LIBBY below Grove.But what makes this place very special is the tall youngman with braids who treats everyone like family..he is friendly, very customer oriented and goes out of his way to serve you with a smile and friendship. I hope 7 11 appreciates his gift and his dedication to the corporation.The man with the three Chinese grandsons.”
“We stopped in on a busy Saturday to grab some lunch at the Roost in 7-11. Not only was the food great, Ginger, the gal that waited on us was the definition of awesome customer service! She was one of the friendliest employees in a convenient store I’ve ever encountered! I cannot praise her high enough! I will be calling her manager and giving her a very high recommendation for her service and work ethic! These days, it’s hard to find younger people with such a happy, helpful attitude!
