“I went in for an oil change and a battery check. My battery was four years old, so unsurprisingly, it needed to be changed. During the change-out, however, a connection was damaged resulting in a more significant fix being required. Jiffy Lube made the necessary fix and did not charge me for more than the battery change. They also made sure the fix was done the same day, even though it meant that the mechanic needed to stay past the time the shop closed. The mechanic also wanted to make sure all was well and asked me to come back the next day to double-check the work (again no charge). I did, he checked the work immediately, and all was well. I was very satisfied with the work and customer care I received at this Jiffy Lube!”
“These guys are great! Transparent, honest and thorough. I highly recommend them, and I will certainly be back. I took my 2004 truck in for service, and was sure I'd need a new transmission ($5-6k). These guys said not so fast. They fixed several issues for a fraction of that, and my truck runs like new. They also provided a very detailed inspection report (with pictures of parts on my truck they were referencing), with various things listed as "ok, recommended service, or critical."
