“Had a great experience with the team of SAREK Autowerke. I did a Woopsie on a routine maintenance. Ralf the owner took it upon himself to take apart my rear locking differential and make the fix. LandRover doesn’t sell differential parts for my vehicle. Just the diff $$. Being from Pennsylvania and have not had a mechanic in two years for my Rover and not being a dealer guy. The experience of touring the facility with Bill and seeing exclusive fabrication and the prestige of the werks. My Disco has a shop now..

“Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.”

I walked the 2 miles to VW Motors Inc, the owner had gotten the part from their warehouse. With part in hand, owner gave me a ride back to the garage working on my car. Fiat they were very patient from the beginning. They listen to my dreadful story how I was a victim of a Tiktok challenge. They were very clear and communicative with the time frame that they needed to make the needed repairs. Alondra helped me when I needed to pick up my car. She was so sweet and kind. She explained every detail of what happened and walked me through checking out. She made me feel like every step was taken to ensure the continued safety of my vehicle by the entire team as well. I appreciated her energy and care while I was in the office. I was even able to leave my rental there for the rental place to pick up since they partner together.
