“If you want front end alignment and tire balancing no one can beat these guys, I had taken my 2015 dodge ram pickup to another shop and they screwed it up so bad it destroyed the front tires in two months, my truck had a 3 inch lift kit and I added offset upper ball joints and the other shop said it couldn't be aligned. Southern had zero issue doing it right the first time.”

“Excellent service from the service center. I got the alert "Vehicle cannot charge maximum charge reached" (2021 Model Y SR). The first appointment available on the app wasn't until two weeks away. Panicked with only 25% I arrived at the dealership the same day and asked for some guidance. I met with Service tech Gary who immediately accessed my vehicle, read the alert, and started a new appointment same day as they had an opening. Next I was set up with a loaner vehicle. While speaking with Gary I expressed interest in a different Tesla and that's what I was loaned to see the difference from what I own. My car battery was changed 4 days before estimated and under warranty it was completely free. Pick up was just as fast and hassle free! No complaints whatsoever.”
