They kept me updated at every step of the process, even gave me quotes for replacements if needed. Quick, knowledgeable, and personable. These guys are pros! “Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.”

“Lisa was saintly in her execution of duties while I was getting tires this am. She had many challenges but stayed professional with phone ringing, lines forming, and at least one customer being unreasonable. They had exactly the tires I needed at a good price. Took longer than I expected but they were dealing with a new system. The trick is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or be prepared to show up at 7 am to be first in line when they open at 8.”
