“My 2004 Chevy Tahoe broke down in Richmond and my family was stuck. I was concerned we wouldn’t get the best help to repair it. I was concerned for nothing because Richmond Auto and Towing was the Best we could have asked for. They gave the best customer service we ever experienced. They explained everything, their prices were reasonable, and the work was of the highest quality. This Lady knows what she is doing on the mechanic side as well as the Business side. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need any mechanical help. They are beyond Awesome!!!”

“PARENTS of young adults in Richmond, you can 100% trust Edward's Auto Care with your baby and their car! My daughter wrote her review earlier. I called Edward's the morning she dropped her car off to thank them profusely for answering her panicked phone call after their posted operating hours the night before and being able to work on her car the day before a holiday weekend with her scheduled out-of-state move in 3 days. Mr. Edwards and I chatted for a few minutes about the worries of having adult daughters living away from home. I wish Edward's Auto Care was located where I live!”

“Outstanding service from start to finish. My tractor suffered a complete air compressor failure, leaving it with zero air pressure and completely disabled. I called several companies, but either they were too busy or couldn’t help. This company answered the call when nobody else would. Not only did they take excellent care of my truck, but they also went above and beyond by helping my driver through the entire situation. They were professional, patient, and treated us with respect from the moment they arrived. The tow operator was highly skilled and safely recovered both the tractor and trailer without causing any damage. In trucking, breakdowns can be stressful and expensive, but this team made a terrible situation much easier. They didn’t treat us like just another service call they genuinely cared about getting us back on the road. If you’re ever broken down anywhere in the Greater Richmond, Virginia area, don’t waste your time calling around. Call these guys first. When nobody else had the time or was willing to help, they showed up for us. Companies like this are hard to find. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll recommend them to every truck driver, owner-operator, and fleet I know. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and exceptional service. Five stars isn’t enough.”

I wish he had Cash App so I could have gave him a tip. But that was my fault for not carrying cash. Thank you Travis for a Job well done.”

“Someone sideswiped me in a parking garage on Cary Street and took off without leaving a note. I was dealing with the police report and trying not to lose it when Richmond Towing's accident towing driver pulled up and just handled everything calmly. He loaded my car onto the flatbed and secured the damaged side panel so nothing would fall off during transport. The driver dropped it at the body shop my insurance adjuster recommended over on Mechanicsville Turnpike and made sure I had a receipt for the claim. Licensed and insured, which took one headache off my plate during an already terrible day. Highly recommend these guys, they turned a nightmare into something manageable!”

1705 Commerce Road, Richmond VA 23224
“Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.”

“Great tow company with reasonable pricing, speedy response, and good people who will take care of you. I had to have my car towed a couple months ago and messaged them on yelp for an estimate. I got a response faster than I expected and decided to go with them. The next morning when the tow driver arrived, he was so friendly and helpful! It made the whole ordeal of having to have the car towed much less frustrating when you have someone who is sharing stories and treating you like more than just another customer. I will recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a tow!”

He told me he was near the airport and it would be 25 minutes. He was there in 25 minutes. Without hesitation or questions he got my car towed. Anthony was pleasant and personable and respectful. He told me where he was going to take my car per my request and called me after to let me know he dropped it off. Thank you grab and go towing. Thank you Anthony. I felt assured and comforted that you guys answered my call”
