“We were traveling on i95 in Richmond, VA today and had a terrible tire blowout. We googled Richmond Auto Repair and Towing. We spoke with Justin who agreed to tow us and fine a tire to replace our blowout. His brother Aman picked us up and meanwhile Justin found our specialty tire and picked it up. Their company offered us coffee and.snacks while our tire was being replaced. They also checked our other three tires to insure we were safe. We highly recommend this business because they care.”

“Got a used tire on the Southside that was bad. Ran across this place on hull. The guy was very knowledgeable and swift with providing answers for my tire and for a new one I bought. He charged $45 but I only had $40. He accepted that. May the Lord bless him. For I was in a time of need. Check this lace out if you need good used or new tires.”

“Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.”

“Great tow company with reasonable pricing, speedy response, and good people who will take care of you. I had to have my car towed a couple months ago and messaged them on yelp for an estimate. I got a response faster than I expected and decided to go with them. The next morning when the tow driver arrived, he was so friendly and helpful! It made the whole ordeal of having to have the car towed much less frustrating when you have someone who is sharing stories and treating you like more than just another customer. I will recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a tow!”

“These guys are quick, communicative and cost efficient. My car lost acceleration on a Tuesday and I dropped it off with Graham at 8am on Wednesday. I saw a ton of cars in the lot and Graham told me that they're backed up with inspections and it may be a while. I left it anyhow bc I live close and was desperate. Graham called me by 9:30am to tell me I needed new spark plugs and a coil, and then had it ready to pick up by noon. Labor was only 1/3 of the total cost and was super reasonable. I have terrible luck with cars, but Carroll's Auto took all the stress out of the experience - thank you!!!”

“It was a good experience overall. Aside from the feeling you're in a episode of Queen of the South the results were great at a great price. The transmission took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait for the prize. They handled me freaking out pretty well when some things weren't clear, however, they just wrote it out with me until I finished venting. It's at an old dealership in Richmond but I'm sure that's where some of the savings come from. Thanks to them and all they do I appreciate the good work.”

I called Thomas Towing told them what I needed and within 35 minutes he was with me in the parking lot. I had a larger known RA company come that morning and they failed to get my car started I paid them at a 50% rate. The second company stopped responding and after a few defeated hours and researching I reached out to TT and they were there! He realized the issue applied power directly to my battery and charged a great rate in this economy.
