Much better than Main Post Office staff. Everytime I went to Main PO, felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. White Marsh PO is a hidden GEM that I really shouldn't be advertising ... so stay away ... lol”

“I know the typical Post Office experience is virtually equivalent to going to the dentist, but this location is quite different than your standard location. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The lines most of the time are of a reasonable size and you can get in and out within a few minutes most days.”
“This USPS was very helpful in regards to my shipping of packages. The workers answered any questions I had and were quick to help me save money on postage. The lobby is also well stocked with shipping supplies and any labels you may need.”
“I drop off packages at least 3 times a week at this location and the ladies working the counter have been quick and kind. The line goes decently quick when there are people waiting.”
“My husband had a passport appointment. Nicky the representative went out of her way to help us and was very friendly. Got us on our way very quickly also. This location is farther from us than others. I would be willing to drive farther to return to this location if I needed to return to the USPS.”
