Prices are below big box stores, but the service puts them even higher on a pedestal. Rare to find a place these days that understands customer service, building a positive reputation and retaining a business base. The only other Mario I ever knew is fantastic as well, it myst be in the name.”

“Went into the store today to do an online purchase return. I was quickly greeted by the store manager, Brandy, who was beyond helpful! She went out of her way to help me find some jeans that fit me very well, and her customer service was unmatched. I have to admit I am mostly an online shopper, and this was the first in-store experience I had had in a long time, and she made it very pleasant and enjoyable! Highly recommend going to see her for any of your clothing needs”

“Put in an online order for pickup and the woman who helped me (Christine I think she said) was hilarious and so kind! I said that I came inside for pickup so they didn’t have to come out in the pouring rain, and she said “I got one better for you!” She made me a bonnet with one of the plastic bags - I was a little surprised and could not stop laughing! These small random acts of kindness are what make the world a brighter place :) the teenage girl who was working the register did not look amused, and glared at me when I jokingly asked her if she did this to her too… that only made me laugh harder. “The Sport Shack is another great example of a great local business here in Gloucester. Very knowledgeable owner. He has helped us several times purchasing soccer gear for my daughter. The shop owner has a wealth of knowledge and makes sure you leave with a good quality product that you are happy with. We mistakenly strayed and tried to buy a pair of cleats from Amazon and soon realized we needed to make the trip up to the Sports Shack and get a pair that fit her feet better. Of course, they did not disappoint and made sure we were fitted with a quality pair of cleats that fit my daughter perfectly. It's a great environment with the shop owner and his little dog, which is just as friendly as the owner. ? I would recommend skipping Amazon and Wal-Mart and going to Sport Shack so you can purchase the correct product and you can enjoy the sport that you are participating in without having to worry about having the wrong gear.”
