“The staff is great Jason, and Emmitt both are super helpful, respectful and very patient. I walked in with my special needs child looking for baseball helmets and Jason right away looked to help and was super kind and very patient talked to my kid and looked for at-least 10 helmets on top of a big ladder to make sure my kid was satisfied and happy. Just a very joyful moment to see as a parent. Also Emmitt is also very respectful, and kind the other time I walked in he complemented my shirt which made my day , they both did. Just a very nice store and keep up the good work!”

“The crew that worked the Saturday before school around 7pm 8/23/25 was top tier! From the moment I walked in the door someone asked could I be helped brought my shoes out to confirm what I wanted I waited in line that was long due to all the other last minute school shoppers and they still managed to move the line efficiently and promptly. Every employee was in a positive mood even through all the craziness in the store. I even brought a second pair of shoes due to how amazing I was helped from the moment I walked in. “I had an issue with my foot that was not resolved with orthotics or any other recommendation by my podiatrist. A friend suggested contacting a chiropractor. One chiropractor recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. A second chiropractor said that I needed 5 chiropractic sessions a week. The third chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, suggested that I visit Point 2 Running Company. I really appreciate appreciate the honest analysis. It's refreshing and rare to find someone who cares more about the patient than making money.
I went to Point 2 the following day, and it was the best decision I could have made. Caroline assisted me, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She spent 2 hours with me evaluating the issue, determining the best type of shoe, and allowing time for me to try and retry multiple pairs of shoes.
