“The crew that worked the Saturday before school around 7pm 8/23/25 was top tier! From the moment I walked in the door someone asked could I be helped brought my shoes out to confirm what I wanted I waited in line that was long due to all the other last minute school shoppers and they still managed to move the line efficiently and promptly. “I had an issue with my foot that was not resolved with orthotics or any other recommendation by my podiatrist. A friend suggested contacting a chiropractor. One chiropractor recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. A second chiropractor said that I needed 5 chiropractic sessions a week. The third chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, suggested that I visit Point 2 Running Company. I really appreciate appreciate the honest analysis. It's refreshing and rare to find someone who cares more about the patient than making money.
I went to Point 2 the following day, and it was the best decision I could have made. Caroline assisted me, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She spent 2 hours with me evaluating the issue, determining the best type of shoe, and allowing time for me to try and retry multiple pairs of shoes.
A week later the pain is almost completely gone. Thank you Dr. Roth and thank you Caroline. I highly recommend both.”
