“My right rear tire decided to get a nice leak. Luckily I was near my neighborhood Firestone, where I purchased my tires and do my regular maintenance with. Thankful to Michael, who stayed after they closed, with the heatwave his techs went home, understandable. But he stayed helped me and left my old tire at the shop to get it repaired in the AM. Unfortunately tire was unrepairable, but with their warranty It didn’t cost me an arm or a leg. I was on time to leave for a very important trip.”

“Took my car in for a routine state inspection and found out I had several problems that should've been addressed during last year's state inspection. Connor (Store Manager) and Chris (store front) worked with me in great detail to not only get what needed to be done for inspection to pass but to also address some other issues with the vehicle. Connor worked through the quote Chris drew up for me and we found a way to maximize work done with minimal cost inflation. They were able to get all the work needed done in the day they had it (dropped off at 7am, ready around 5pm).

Both of them were knowledgeable on what needed to be done and stressed what needed to be worked. Connor did outstanding making sure parts arrived in time to support the work needing to be done.
