“I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the office staff, and I must say they are among the friendliest group of professionals I've encountered in quite some time. Their customer service is truly top-notch. Jeff, the manager, exemplifies a level of service that is rare to find these days.
The communication throughout my experience was exceptional. Whenever I called to check in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had already left me a voicemail or sent a text message updating me on my vehicle's status. They consistently met expectations regarding the timeline for completion, and I was thrilled to see my car looking as good as new upon its return.

“I had my car's inspection done yesterday, easy to schedule it same week. Connor was very knowledgeable and gave me really good information to keep my car in good shape at the end of the inspection I heard a noise that wasn't happening before on my A/C vents, he promptly put my car back in the shop and 5 minutes later was done it was a minor issue. I highly recommend this place good vibes here guys.”

“They replaced some glass on a storm door, but couldn’t do the job with the door still attached so they brought it back to their shop. When they re-installed the door is rubbed while closing and wouldn’t close all the way. I called them to come back and fix it. They sent another guy out and it’s even worse than it was before he came out! Come on, guys. Do better on the doors.

“We were traveling on the way to vacation, four hours from home, our vehicle broke down right in front of American Pride Automotive. They got us in immediately, diagnosed our car, welcomed us AND our dog inside their store, where we crashed for almost six hours trying to make arrangements for our vehicle and a rental car. They gave us snacks, drinks, dog treats, and offered to pick us lunch. They made many phone calls for us to lock in a rental car. The store manager TC took us in, took care of every single need of ours right from the second we walked in. Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn’t push anything on us. They cared for us very well. We can’t recommend this place enough!”

“I took my Mazda 3 here when I had stripped a bolt while replacing my shock absorbers, along with weird electrical problems my car was having. They were super helpful both times, they had found a rats nest in my car and it was reasonable pricing each visit.

“I own On Time Towing had a truck go down with hydraulic problems. Other people in the area said I had to buy new cylinders. They were not repairable. I was recommended to Williams and they had me up and running in two days with reman cylinders works perfect highly recommend them. Once again, I had a truck go down, and these great folks at Williams hydraulic services had me up and running within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend these folks.”
