“I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the office staff, and I must say they are among the friendliest group of professionals I've encountered in quite some time. Their customer service is truly top-notch. Jeff, the manager, exemplifies a level of service that is rare to find these days. The communication throughout my experience was exceptional. Whenever I called to check in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had already left me a voicemail or sent a text message updating me on my vehicle's status. They consistently met expectations regarding the timeline for completion, and I was thrilled to see my car looking as good as new upon its return. Thank you to everyone at the office for your outstanding service. Keep up the fantastic work!”

“I had my car's inspection done yesterday, easy to schedule it same week. Connor was very knowledgeable and gave me really good information to keep my car in good shape at the end of the inspection I heard a noise that wasn't happening before on my A/C vents, he promptly put my car back in the shop and 5 minutes later was done it was a minor issue. I highly recommend this place good vibes here guys.”

“After taking our BMW to Casey BMW for all service and maintenance since 2021, one terrible experience was enough to make us look elsewhere. I went in for an oil change on a day our regular advisor was unavailable, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. German Autowerks was the complete opposite—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful of the customer time. They replaced the complete front-right axle shaft assembly on my 2019 BMW 530i, clearly explained the repair, completed the work promptly, and provided excellent workmanship at a much more reasonable price than BMW quoted. My car is driving beautifully. I highly recommend German Autowerks. They gained a loyal customer, and Casey BMW lost one.”

“We were traveling on the way to vacation, four hours from home, our vehicle broke down right in front of American Pride Automotive. They got us in immediately, diagnosed our car, welcomed us AND our dog inside their store, where we crashed for almost six hours trying to make arrangements for our vehicle and a rental car. They gave us snacks, drinks, dog treats, and offered to pick us lunch. They made many phone calls for us to lock in a rental car. The store manager TC took us in, took care of every single need of ours right from the second we walked in. Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn’t push anything on us. They cared for us very well. We can’t recommend this place enough!”

“They replaced some glass on a storm door, but couldn’t do the job with the door still attached so they brought it back to their shop. When they re-installed the door is rubbed while closing and wouldn’t close all the way. I called them to come back and fix it. They sent another guy out and it’s even worse than it was before he came out! Come on, guys. Do better on the doors. Edit: they came back out fixed the door so it could close”

“Went to look at a truck that I saw on their website and was greeted by Mr Chase Boyer. He was very informative about the vehicles on the lot and in my case the history of the vehicle that I wanted to look at. Answered all of my questions and allowed ample time to drive the truck and inspect it overall. Very happy with my overall experience and will recommend Auto Haus to others. Thank you Chase for making my purchase stress free.”
