“I called in the morning answered first ring told him I needed an emergency belt change because I had to make a two hour drive! He came to my car which was a Mercedes 2007 e350 and changed my serpentine belt. My belt was shredded and wrapped around one of my pulleys front to back. Needless to say, 30 mins tops my belt was changed car was working and I was on the road ! He also informed me of my other issues, pointing out each part and explaining to me why my belt is being chewed up. I appreciate it! Thank you so much !!!”
