“Exceptional!! Highly recommend! We brought my 06 Wrangler here for a frame assessment. They were very thorough and honest. They brought my husband into the shop to show him the underside of my Jeep and also took pics for future reference. Luckily, my Jeep doesn't need repair at this time, but when it does, this is where the work will be done.
I also want to say a huge thank you for helping me continue to win the fight against my husband. 😂 I'll drive my Jeep until the bottom falls out & with your help, that will never happen!”

“Shop is the most economical for quality work in town. Don't believe me verify for yourself. Multiple repeat customers. he has done work o. two cars for me. Owner is so considerate and is a true gentleman. He takes on jobs from people in the community, they love him. The shop is packed with lots of folks coming to him. if you have a quick job mechanical they'll get to it fast. He prioritizes on insurance jobs so if you come in for self pay they will do it however if there's a lot of insurance jobs. He'll give you a reasonable timeline. Does an excellent job!!”
“If you need any work done on your car and you live in the Norfolk VA area go to this shop. I was rear ended on May 28th and filed a claim with Progressive Insurance Co on line. That is when my insurance nightmare began. The people at MAZZELL &RAYS have been fighting the battle with me since day one, and it has been a battle but through their diligence and persistence we finally won. Today is September15. Finally my car is fixed and it looks and drives great. They deserve 10 STARS!!!”

“I brought my 2025 Ford Bronco to Fischer's for some damage to the passenger side when they were finished it looked like it did when it rolled off the dealers lot. I was so pleased I asked them to make my 2005 ford F-150 look like new. It does! If you want cheap take your car to Maaco but, If you want perfection at competitive prices by a shop that stands behind their work this place is the best!”
