“I’ve never had an experience with a shop run so smooth like it did here! Someone hit my car, damaging the front as shown in the photos. From the second I arrived there with my car, I was greeted with friendly faces. Drop off was super quick and easy. I dropped off on a Friday afternoon and by Monday I had an estimate and estimated completion date. The entire time I received detailed updates on what stage they were at with my car. I spoke with Mike, who was handling everything. Not only was he extremely friendly but he went the extra mile to ensure my car left the lot safe and ready to drive. “Shop is the most economical for quality work in town. Don't believe me verify for yourself. Multiple repeat customers. he has done work o. two cars for me. Owner is so considerate and is a true gentleman. He takes on jobs from people in the community, they love him. The shop is packed with lots of folks coming to him. if you have a quick job mechanical they'll get to it fast. He prioritizes on insurance jobs so if you come in for self pay they will do it however if there's a lot of insurance jobs. He'll give you a reasonable timeline. Does an excellent job!!”
“If you need any work done on your car and you live in the Norfolk VA area go to this shop. I was rear ended on May 28th and filed a claim with Progressive Insurance Co on line. That is when my insurance nightmare began. The people at MAZZELL &RAYS have been fighting the battle with me since day one, and it has been a battle but through their diligence and persistence we finally won. Today is September15. (which I may say wasn't bad at all) Told me how long and how much parts would be. And keep me informed a long the way. I was even able to make payments until vehicle was done. Mr. Jackson was very polite and a people's person. Even though he has his personal situation he still takes time for customers. I will definitely use his services in the future.”
