I found what I was looking for and I found it. I ran out of pet waste baggie and I happen to be at the right place and the right time. Dollar General is right down the street from soap and suds on West Mercury in Hampton

This place is huge compare to other DG, but the shelves are not well stocked. Couponers beware you may not find all the items you're looking for. The store itself is rough around the edges, empty liquor bottles and trash at the entrance area. Will most likely avoid this DG location.
