“This rating is about manager, Brittany and how exceptional she is as a member of leadership at Dollar Tree. I happened to be in line as Brittany had an interaction with an unnecessarily disgruntle and belligerent customer. She tactfully and professionally handled that situation. When it was my turn at the register, she was so personably nice, patient and friendly.. Actually, she showed the same demeanor with every single customer that she interacted with. Demonstrating what an outstanding customer-centric shopping experience truly means. Kudos to Dollar Tree for having Brittany on the management team! “Best Dollar General in buckroe. 5 min before closing the two workers on duty welcome me in to get my melatonin. I believe they was tired and ready to close to get home to their family on this cold night in Hampton but they didn’t show it. They was helpful, had a sense of humor with good energy. I was pleased and thankful. I went to family dollar first across the street 8 minutes before 10 and they were closed. When they wasn’t supposed to be.

“I'm a former assistant manager for Family Dollar I was falsely terminated because of the store manager at store number 444 because of her inaccurate counting abilities, Her register was short on August 7th I called her right away when I agree to count her register to let her know her register was short throughout counting the register at closing time, the very next day the acting DM Fiona and her associate store manager Miss Clitches reviewed the video camera for hours and could not find any fraudulent activity the end result was a write-up for me and my cashier that evening for her using my manager numbers to do I was not aware of the store manager being written up and the register was hers and she was responsible for it, I continue the count her register calling her multiple times that evening to try to figure out where this $500 was at, a whole month later on September 2nd the store manager at store number 444 Tonya Osborne where I was at assistant manager at try to resurface the tape after it had already been investigated, she reviewed the camera and assumed receipt papers that was by my cashiers register that I balled up in my hand was money but she did not examine it thoroughly the paper that the paper was balled up cuz it was paper not money and threw it into the garbage can by the balloon counter on the left-hand side of me which the camera does not show, her assumption was wrong I also have proof by my cashier that evening of my exact actions when I got the paper from around here register, I also have prostate cancer and undergoing treatment in a prostate cancer procedure which the store manager knows and to my knowledge it is against the law to terminate any employees that are undergoing treatment or underlying medical conditions, no one from the Lost prevention office was contacted by Fiona or Miss Clitches nor Tonya Osborne the store manager who falsely terminated me for no reason I gave not seen any write-up pertaining to this matter and I feel like loss prevention should have been contacted if this was such a big issue I'm out of a job I'm losing money my bills are falling behind and this is all for no reason I am totally proactive about my work I am very serious about my job and I was looking forward to moving up with this company I've been with them for almost four years there is nothing that I would do to jeopardize my job nor my name I need Justice to be served because this is not right I am being falsely terminated and I am not having no one defamate my character just because they're inaccuracies, I have nothing against Miss Tanya Osborne the store manager at store number for 444 in Hampton Virginia and I don't know why she would do this to me I've done nothing but carrier also covered her when she has left deposits that were supposed to go to the bank out of safe wide-open and forget to take the deposits to the bank anybody's could have accessed them and drop boxes also have been left open on multiple occasions as well and I recovered and covered for her. I need Justice to be served I need somebody from Lost preventions of the corporate office Family Dollar to contact me as soon as possible my information should be in the system I was with you all for almost four years I've only been gone for a week and even if I don't get my job back with Family Dollar I want my name cleared it's not my fault you all have evil trifling managers running your stores I am dedicated I have thirty years retail management experience I take pride in my work and I need Justice to be served this is not right and I'm going to fight this to the fullest Family Dollar lost a very loyal dedicated hard working and precise employee and I will never forget this. Also I want to add how do you terminate somebody 30 days later after everything was so called reviewed.”

“What gives this store 4 stars? I was asked by an employee if I needed help. It was refreshing. The store is large, and has hundreds of items and you could probably find most anything you need. It was fairly clean, no lines, and just made me happy to know it's there, convenient and has employees who actually HELP customers. Thanks guys!!”
