“I grew up in New York City eating Black Pudding, we called it Blood Pudding. Getting the blood pudding was almost impossible in Hampton Roads. There was a British shop on Witchduck Road but closed years ago. I finally found Best of British in Hampton. Owners Mike and Jackie are the nicest people as well as the other young lady who works there! I feel their prices are very reasonable, online the cost was more and you have to pay shipping, which for foods requiring freezer packs is very expensive! I buy the Winston Blood Pudding and it is always excellent, even my grandson is liking it. Their assortment of candies and cookies bring back my childhood memories of shopping at a British import store in Queens New York. Thanks Mike and Jackie!”

“When I needed shoulder surgery, the hospital said my hand would swell and that it was past time to cut my size 9-3/4 wedding band off of my size 13 finger. I had been planning this a while. I spoke to a lot of people. I had the work done at Drummond's. All aspects of resizing the ring, and even allowing my finger to "resize" were thoughtfully considered. I normally comparison shop price. This time I didn't bother. All the discussions I had led to the conclusion that Drummond's would do the work well, that I would be treated honestly, and that they would not be done until I was happy. It is that kind of business, with that kind of staff (all of them). And, I AM happy. My ring is beautiful. It is easily ready for another 37 years. Thank you Drummond's!”

“Actually went in there to sell some old gold. Unfortunately, they don't buy gold. So I asked if he could make sure it was all real. He said "no problem ". Checked it all out and ended up having 14.5 grams of 14k gold and told me where up the street I could sell it. Nice gentleman. Needed a new watch battery so bought one and he installed it promptly. Great experience.”
