He quickly narrowed all the choices down to three that he thought met my criteria. There was no pressure and he thoroughly answered my questions. My current mattress has more life in it (my husband has no problem with it, but my back does) and I was happy to find out that they will take unstained used mattresses to Habitat for Humanity for a small fee.
