“I had been having terrible back (upper and lower), hip and shoulder pain. I had a memory foam mattress that seemed to make the pain worse. I did some research and found I should be using a firmer bed with an egg crate topper. I went to the Original Mattress Factory knowing I could buy a mattress that I could flip and make last longer. Gerren was working that day and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me not only figure out what firmness I needed while also helping me to figure out what size foam topper I needed. He was very patient and I walked out of there knowing I did not waste my money like I did with the last mattress purchase. They delivered quickly and I can say I am sleeping the best I have in a long time. I'm also waking up without pain which is incredible. Thank you Gerren for your help. “Sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They touted a 120 day in home test period with exchange or refund if the mattress didn't suit. They did not mention, and I did not see until reading the fine print on the paperwork at home, that there is a $149 fee to exchange or return. I would have liked to know that up front. Otherwise, the store was clean and had plenty of options to choose from.”
