“I think this was at least the 5th or 6th mattress I have purchased from The Original Mattress Factory, so I went in sort of knowing what I wanted. Gerren Burke, the sales associate, was fantastic! He quickly narrowed all the choices down to three that he thought met my criteria. There was no pressure and he thoroughly answered my questions. My current mattress has more life in it (my husband has no problem with it, but my back does) and I was happy to find out that they will take unstained used mattresses to Habitat for Humanity for a small fee. I love that my mattress may not end up in the dump. Kudos to Gerren!”
