“My experience was very good. The person that handled my concern was awesome! Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but I’m sure you can look at records and figure it out. She took care of every question and concern I had with efficiency and stellar customer service skills. Thank you.”

“Love this place. It's peaceful. Never chaotic when I go. The lady in the office is so nice and sweet. The online pay is convenient and a person with memory issues I appreciate the reminder emails a lot. Best storage place I have used so far. My items are not damaged. No bugs. I do spray spider spray because of a fear but no issues. And it's affordable. They had the perfect size for what I needed.”

“These guys were responsive, punctual, and thorough. They showed up when they said they would, did the job - more than we originally discussed - and made every effort to take the stress and chaos out of packing and loading a household. I'd certainly use them again, and recommend them.”

“Had to load yesterday at PODS in Hampton, Va. I was met with the most amazing person, Derek, and can I tell you he went above and beyond for me to make sure that I was taken care of, when he didn’t have to do anything at all. He made sure to get me what I was supposed to pick up, got it there in record time, and was as courteous, and polite, not to mention just happy he could help! I definitely recommend this place for all your storage, and moving needs. Stop in and give Derek a chance to do for you what he did for me!!”

“This was our first experience with a moving company. Our move, orchestrated by Allied Van Lines, went very smoothly. Matt Cordes provided helpful initial information and was able to craft an estimate that was acceptable to us. Kisan Patel kept us informed of the load's progress toward our destination. The packing crew was friendly, efficient, and professional, as was the crew who unloaded our belongings in Maine. Every box and bin was handled with care. We really appreciated the crews' hard work and diligence. We hope to never have to move again (!), however, if circumstances demand, we will definitely come back to Allied.”
