The online pay is convenient and a person with memory issues I appreciate the reminder emails a lot. Best storage place I have used so far. My items are not damaged. No bugs. I do spray spider spray because of a fear but no issues. And it's affordable. They had the perfect size for what I needed.”

It rained a good bit which put us behind schedule. When I called to extend the truck rental they were really understanding and actually gave me 2 days for free because of the weather. I'll definitely use them if the need ever arises.”
“My aunt is a customer, she ended up going into a nursing home and couldn't keep up with her payments, so they let her get her important documents and pictures out before they sold the unit, they are very nice, very gracious and we appreciate them very much. “Relocating and had booked a storage space separate from my spouse, who had rented the truck. Upon arrival was told I was eligible for a free month of storage. The exceptionally knowledgeable young lady was able to refund my original booking and set me up with the free space anyway. Many thanks for saving me a few bucks!”
