“Place is awesome, my fees have jumped up but so has the price on everything in the world. There's this one property manager named Susan that really gives you that small town feeling of knowing you personally and is kind and takes well in on your interests as a person and really makes everything tolerable and convenient. I've had plenty of opportunities to move my belongings to a closer storage unit but I chose to stay where I'm at because of her attitude and outstanding customer service. I would recommend anyone to Public Storage here on Pembroke Ave.”

“So my initial review was for U-Haul over all as a company. I'm updating it to 4 stars for the location because they were actually really helpful and accommodating for our recent move. It rained a good bit which put us behind schedule. When I called to extend the truck rental they were really understanding and actually gave me 2 days for free because of the weather. I'll definitely use them if the need ever arises.”

“It was good and clean and the workers were nice and friendly, the only issue I had was that it doesn't have 24 hour access. But there was a plus because they were open on Sunday when no other storage facility was open. But i definitely recommend this place”

“Service was great, but one of the workers was battling a Covid infection. Customers had know clue. I wonder how many people would have been in there had they known. People should stay home if the are not feeling well.”

“I would highly recommend PODS for moving and storage. We used their POD and their Bellhop service, and it worked very well. There was enough time to load the POD. It was held in storage, and then delivered to the new house. The Bellhop team was wonderful and very professional. The PODS drivers were helpful and gave concise instructions. They worked with you if you had to make changes to your order. Very pleased with the overall experience.”
