“I answer the post office and there were three ladies behind the counter. All I saw was friendly smiles as I approached the counter. The ladies were absolutely professional and had very uplifting demeanors. I needed a money order in a book of stamps, how many young lady that was helping me offered different styles of stamps. I can't think of another time visiting the post office was actually fun! Please visit the Granby post office. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine was.”
“Everyone who works here is really nice. I’ve been here a few times over the past couple of years and never had any issues with the staff. Since many places are short staffed, there’s often only one employee working the customer window, so it can get busy.
Things to know before going:
• Staff usually take a lunch break sometime between 1-3 pm, so it’s best to avoid visiting during that time.
• They currently don’t have a passport agent, so you can’t take care of passport services here even if you make an appointment online. I don’t think the appointment availability has been synced with their actual services yet.
• They don’t accept cash. Debit or credit card only.”
“It was a smaller post office but it was nice. Kind workers and the people coming in were also nice. The mailing options are plenty. And it didn't cost much to send an envelope. 4 day shipping to another state was only 8 dollars.”
“Even during the busy holiday season, I encountered very little wait time! Yes a small office but the customer service was excellent. After reading numerous negative reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. Keep up the great work! This location is very convenient and I plan to visit again for future Post Office needs.”

“I've been in and out with multiple types of mail in <10 minutes despite a long line. I have also renewed my passport and received a new passport photo with a quick appointment. The employees have great attitudes and are helpful to all patrons!”
“First off let me say that my mail is screwed up sometimes but I didn't come here to complain, I came to rave about Ms. Treasure!!! She has been coming to work at this station a little over a year now and absolutely adore this young lady. Very respectful, courteous and effective in trying to resolve any issues you may have with the postal service even if it's out her reach, she will at least attempt to find a solution. I see her at other post offices through out Norfolk and each time the service is awesome no matter what atmosphere she is in! She informed me she may not be at Berkley for much longer but o how I wish she could stay and the community feels the same way. Much respect to you TREASURE the Berkley community appreciates you!!!”
“I had an excellent experience at the post office today. Ms. Theata Fontville was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She assisted me right away, answered all my questions, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness made a big difference.
I also want to recognize the mail carriers and the rest of the staff, who were equally courteous and welcoming. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service.
