There is never a long line to pick up my medications unlike when I have to pick up my medications at Walgreens on Mercury Blvd. I am going to see if I can get all of my medications switched back to Rite aid. I only use Walgreens because of my insurance.

They had my prescription for 5 DAYS with no call or text to me telling me it’s ready. I get there and it’s the generic brand even though my doctor put on there I have to have name brand

They are NOT rude at all ! They're overwhelmed that's what. So please be as nice as you can. Yeah, and I think as a general rule they cannot answer the phone these days. You'll have go and ask the time your script will be ready. Be nice, please.
