“My go to CVS! Get the CVS ExtraCare card and you will save SO MUCH! Especially great for parents with babies. I was able to utilize sales and stock up on diapers in advance. I can usually find what I am looking for, sometimes stock is low. Customer service is good, I feel welcomed when I arrive and any questions are generally answered. Their pharmacy is my favorite, their staff is so friendly and hard working.”

“I can’t say enough about the customer service I received at this store. I have dealt with four different Walgreens in the last 24 hours trying to get a photo order completed, and the first three were unable to complete the order. Communication with their personnel was very inconsistent. In contrast, both Peggy and Pam picked up the phone promptly, were warm, polite and knowledgeable, and assured me they had the equipment needed to finish the project. Not only that, they had the project completed in less than 30 minutes! Five stars for efficient, polite and professional customer service!”

He was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to call my vet as there was a problem with the prescription. Got it fixed and was told it would take 30 mins. Came back and it was ready.”

“Stopped by to get a few things on 7/6/21 around 8:30 pm. This was my first visit. The store was clean and organized for the most part. I noticed that a lot of things were locked up in the soap, detergent, & ethnic hair care aisle. That's very annoying! I was able to quickly find my things and proceed to the check out. The cashier was NOT very friendly, but she did her job. Maybe she had a rude customer right before me. I don't know. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be back. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had.”

“Although I do understand that it is difficult to get someone on the phone; when you actually go into the store you quickly began to realize why nobody can answer the phone. There’s always five or six cars in the drive-through, five people waiting to check out, and another 10 people waiting to drop off their prescriptions or complain about how their medication wasn’t filled because their doctor didn’t call it in. Don’t get me wrong, I have had several instances in which I get a little bit frustrated because I know it was called in and I am just there to pick up my medication…. When you take a step back you do realize just how crazy busy it is.Before I used the other CVS at 2345 W. Mercury and compared to that CVS; this CVS is 233% better.I would say about 99% of the time the staff is attempting to accommodate or help me figure out how to get the prescription filled if there is a problem and when I go in to get it and it’s not ready I typically do not have to wait more than 30 minutes.Overall, compared to the other CVS pharmacies in the Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown area… I would definitely say this is one of the best ones. And, although I completely understand, there are moments of frustration, just take a look around and you can see why everyone is so overwhelmed. If anything, I blame the CVS corporate office for not giving the workers, the tools, professional staff, and resources needed to do the best job they could possibly do. So maybe the changes need to come from the top of the organization before people stop using their services all together.….. just saying.”

“Great little grocery store with everything you could need. There’s only one entrance/exit which is a little weird but it also has the only Starbucks on the way to work so it’s a daily stop for my coworkers and I.
