“On 5/11/21 there was this ridiculous scare of a gas shortage so everyone had a line around the block but RaceWay had their lines set up like a Chic Fil A with people directing traffic and all. Absolute masterclass on how to handle that situation. I was in and out. Buncha heroes, keep up the good work.”

“This location always has the most wonderful staff no matter when in the day you happen to walk in. Coolers are always stocked, isles are clean and prices are clearly visible. Their cold food stays decently sto ked and their hot bar is very rarely empty or left with product OBVIOUSLY much older than it should be. Parking cant be a pain and sometimes takes some creativity. Their gas is privately owned I assume and is always about .10 more than other locations near by. But it's called a convenience store for a reason. I gladly pay a little extra to save myself time.”

“Every time I go to this store….EVERY employee I’ve cane in contact with is nice and respectful. I do notice a nasty smell upon entering the store and hopefully this awful smell will go away but usually the store is stocked and I love when the employee by the name of MICHAEL is working. He always has a smile on his face. Great job and keep up the great work. Not many ppl give props to these stores so I would like to say, I appreciate all of the employees working at the 7 eleven at 200 N Mallory, Hampton, VA. I know it’s not an easy job p. It’s the only 7 eleven I’ve ever been to and they’re so friendly and professional. I love Micheal’s energy. He’s a nice guy. Thank you..??”

“Very convenient location. Based right in housing off base from Langley AFB. They house multiple gas tanks, a car wash, and a store. The staff have always been helpful. The area indoors and outdoors have always been clean. We try to get gas here when we can.”

“My go to CVS! Get the CVS ExtraCare card and you will save SO MUCH! Especially great for parents with babies. I was able to utilize sales and stock up on diapers in advance. I can usually find what I am looking for, sometimes stock is low. Customer service is good, I feel welcomed when I arrive and any questions are generally answered. Their pharmacy is my favorite, their staff is so friendly and hard working.”

“Went in to get my passport picture taken. Store clerk was very polite. Not sure why everyone was checking out in photo, rather at the front counter. That would be my only complaint, as the clerk was constantly interrupted, ringing customers out, which made my simple task way longer than it should have been.”

“So odd story…I was going up to college and my fish got shot across the car when I had a hard break in the HRBT. He was okay but I had him swimming in my cup holder cause his cup broke. I ran in mildly frantic and the cashier was a very sweet man who helped me get a room temperature bottle of water to set him up and get ready to go. Very nice, very comfortable, 10/10 would recommend ? just maybe don’t shoot your fish across the car”

“I really like their salad bar! Sometimes you can find stuff in the store food items you can't find anywhere else. Friendly staff fairly good service sometimes a little bit better than some of the other stores! Although I did learn that they are owned by Kroger which probably means their business model is going to continue to deteriorate or they have the minimum amount of employees for the maximum amount of profit!”
