“Ally was super nice and super helpful with my tax returns I needed to mail off. I stood behind this woman who said her name was Kim, and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to staff. Ally and Yvi handled it with grace. If you show up and not have everything together like you are supposed to, that is no one else fault but your own. Suck it up. That isn’t the staffs fault. You stunk anyways.”
“I can rely on PAC’N’MAIL to get the job done for me. In this day and time, customer service is so bad at many businesses and almost nothing is reliable anymore. You're extremely lucky to get what you paid for. The customer service is great at the Hampton, VA PAC’N’MAIL location and they have never disappointed me. I have gotten many wonderful photographs printed off there at the business to delight family and friends with terrific memories; and I surely have sent many many packages and they have all been delivered just as I have sent them and on time. The warm, generous, yet very professional atmosphere makes taking care of business there a great part of my day”

“This is a fedex express hub. You can drop off prepaid packages, purchase labels, or pick up boxes being held. People working at the counter usually come out quickly and are friendly. If you're buying a label, they usually take time to make sure you have the best price.”
“If your package is ever held here, they have specific pickup times. Unfortunately, this information isn’t readily available on their website, or at least I wasn’t aware of it. The pickup times are from 8 to 11 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. from Monday through Friday, and from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays. They do not allow pickups on Sundays.”

“Used this storage unit for over 6 years (when they first opened) and the service and innovation as well as the facilities improved from opening. The customer service was flawless and the price justifies the quality!”
