They took charge from the moment I called and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was sent an estimate that they then beat by 25%. I knew when the item was picked up and when it was on the way. Truly, I wish every auction shipment was half as smooth.”

“Parking is not the best for how busy this location gets. Staffing seems to always be an issue, but the staff that does show up do an amazing job considering the pressure. Amazon needs to provide some support, a few return kiosks or something to take the pressure off of this location being so busy.”
