“I have only written 2 or 3 reviews in my life, and then, only for exemplary service. I am new to the world of virtual mailboxes and was lucky enough to land with Mail Depot, of Virginia Beach and, more specifically, with Dorothy as the manager. I've only used their service s for a couple months thus far, and, being of a certain age, I detest all things computer related. Dorothy has graciously endured, explained, and solved every issue that has arisen for me. She has gone over and above to help me adapt to this new technology. I highly recommend Mail Depot of Virginia Beach. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Mr. James Scott and the team at Pak Mail are outstanding. I had a unique handcrafted wooden rocking horse to ship to another part of the country. Mr. Scott gave me an initial quote, and it turned out to be 1100 dollars. After a few weeks I brought it back, and it was still 0800. Additionally, I had a great deal of concern about it arriving intact. Mr. Scott and the team worked collaboratively to identify how to pack and ship. Ultimately, it was decided to bring the item as oversized checked baggage. Mr. Scott went the extra mile to ensure he had the specific materials he thought would work best, and then literally constructed the double walled boxing for maximum protection. Highly recommend Pak Mail be considered for your shipping needs, and particularly when needing items securely boxed.”

“I will go out of my way just to make sure I stop at this FedEx location! It’s rare to find this level of genuinely outstanding customer service, and Herb and Bryan are truly exceptional. I usually stop by during my lunch break, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly, smiling faces. If Bryan is already helping someone at the counter, Herb comes right out from the back with a smile, asks how my day is going, and makes sure I’m taken care of right away. They never leave customers standing in line waiting. Even when my package is already signed and sealed and I could easily use the self-service kiosk, they always invite me to the counter and say they’ll take care of everything. It’s such a small gesture, but it makes a huge difference. They are friendly, efficient, hardworking, and truly put the customer first. I genuinely look forward to seeing them when I stop in! Candace, you have an amazing staff, and your store is always impeccable. Herb and Bryan are wonderful examples of what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience.”

“I normally don't do reviews but I see some people are not aware the FedEx is actually inside the Walgreen's. It's a pretty easy pick up and drop off point but traffic is usually heavy in that area. Pro tip: go left out the side entrance to the neighborhood street. It's easier to get out and there is a stoplight there so you can get out.”

“This is a great place. If you leave this place a bad review it's because you don't know who you're supposed to be talking to. Be more prepared. This is a big company. Don't listen to the bad reviews.”
