I am new to the world of virtual mailboxes and was lucky enough to land with Mail Depot, of Virginia Beach and, more specifically, with Dorothy as the manager.
I've only used their service s for a couple months thus far, and, being of a certain age, I detest all things computer related. Dorothy has graciously endured, explained, and solved every issue that has arisen for me. She has gone over and above to help me adapt to this new technology.

“Mr. James Scott and the team at Pak Mail are outstanding. I had a unique handcrafted wooden rocking horse to ship to another part of the country. Mr. Scott gave me an initial quote, and it turned out to be 1100 dollars. After a few weeks I brought it back, and it was still 0800. Additionally, I had a great deal of concern about it arriving intact.
Mr. Scott and the team worked collaboratively to identify how to pack and ship. Ultimately, it was decided to bring the item as oversized checked baggage. Mr. Scott went the extra mile to ensure he had the specific materials he thought would work best, and then literally constructed the double walled boxing for maximum protection.
Highly recommend Pak Mail be considered for your shipping needs, and particularly when needing items securely boxed.”

“I rushed in on a Thursday evening 5 minutes before closing with 4 packages I really wanted to get out to ensure they arrived the following Monday for a meeting. I wish I would have gotten the desk clerk's name, while she told me there was a high possibility they would not make the truck, she was very friendly & diligent in preparing the packages. I checked this morning and they indeed made the truck & are on track to arrive when I wanted. Thank you!”

Sent (6) boxes to a province in Northern Luzon, and they all got there intact.

“Like many, I was at first concerned by the reviews, but I had a pretty good experience. I was ordering from REI, which has used other similar carriers in the past but they have always come through for me. The delivery was fast and accurate. Would I rather have UPS, probably, but mostly because they are a better known entity. But I really can't complain.”
