I am new to the world of virtual mailboxes and was lucky enough to land with Mail Depot, of Virginia Beach and, more specifically, with Dorothy as the manager.
I've only used their service s for a couple months thus far, and, being of a certain age, I detest all things computer related. Dorothy has graciously endured, explained, and solved every issue that has arisen for me. She has gone over and above to help me adapt to this new technology.

A service reasonably comparable to the world's best standards.
Sent (6) boxes to a province in Northern Luzon, and they all got there intact.
Speak volumes about the company's integrity in the midst of rampant crime & dishonesty around us.

I was ordering from REI, which has used other similar carriers in the past but they have always come through for me. The delivery was fast and accurate. Would I rather have UPS, probably, but mostly because they are a better known entity. But I really can't complain.”
