“(REVISED AND EDITED)Allow me to start by saying this, I never expected to receive such outstanding customer service and quality products from FedEx. My first thought was to use the online printing services that were probably out of the country. I had my doubts about those services because if they made a mistake how could I see someone to address the problem. I decided to look local so I can do face to face business. You know like actually talking to people looking them in the eyes and shaking their hands and getting a good feel for the person. I first met Shani at the Wal Mart in Virginia Beach on Lynnhaven Parkway. He shared with me that he could do printing for my business. I did not know FedEx provided printing.My first request was an “A” frame and poster prints. I was very impressed with the work. Shani was phenomenal in every aspect of the process while assisting me with several orders prior to this one I'm actually writing for the receipt. His customer service and delivery is top shelf and impeccable. This man's work ethic should be an example of other store managers to emulate. He has made each interaction and sale whether face to face or email very pleasant. Every time I walk into the store his staff presents a positive environment. They are very friendly and welcoming. I can see they enjoy working with him. Any changes that were required he was quick to respond and the turnaround was amazingly quick. My orders were always back to me within a timely manner if not earlier than originally scheduled. Shani's store is by far the best FedEx store that I've had the pleasure to work with.I hope he does not change what he's doing. As far as I'm concerned FedEx printing is by far the best and I will only continue to use its services where Shani is employed. He as set the bar high and that's what every business in the business of people should do. He's simply "Brilliant in the Basics" of customer service. Thanks Shani! “I havent had a single bad experience. Everyone there is very quick and courteous - even when they have been super busy due to the holidays. I have a personal mail box with the Upton Drive store, as we are currently renting a short term winter rental in Sandbridge Island. I get numerous packages mailed to me and since I have the smallest mailbox, the staff holds my packages behind the counter. I receive a text message whenever a package has been delivered and is ready for me to pick up. It takes about 15 minutes for me to get to the store from my condo on Sandbridge Island. This is literally the closest "mailbox rental" facility to Sandbridge Island. Lily and Hal have both been wonderful helping me load up my wagon with my packages. Also, everyone was very kind and understanding when I was hospitalized for 16 days and unable to get my mail/packages. I had 18 packages waiting for me when I got out and everyone was still very sweet even though my packages took up so much room and hindered their ability to work as efficiently. If you are in need of a mailbox/mailing address, either for business or personal, I definitely recommend this UPS store. You have access to your actual mailbox 24/7 and can pick up packages during normal business hours.”

“The person who helped me was named Rick located at 3388 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456. He did an outstanding job! Went above and beyond everything I could’ve imagined! I was shipping out a broken laptop for parts and he managed the crowd like a wizard, and was so nice to everyone and got everyone out the door conveniently, and on time. The reason why I’m writing this review because I was having a really stressful day, nothing was going right for me and Rick’s outstanding customer service really changed my day for me and helped me ship my package with ease and was so nice! I cannot recommend Rick enough and I really hope this speaks just how highly his awesome customer service really was! “Trying to relieve package. Notified ups that delivery has to be afternoon due to nobody home. Ups driver tried to deliver package at 1030 each day but nobody home in which ups knew. Then was told between 1215 And 430 but came by at 7am. I highly not recommend using them because they are unreliable or dependable. Don't use them”
