I actually met Mrs. McCray at a local laundromat where she overheard me struggling to figure out the complexities of shipping freight. Even though she was off-duty and in an informal setting, she immediately stepped in to help.
She didn't have to be as helpful as she was, but she went entirely out of her way to give me guidance and help me identify the right shipping company for my needs.

“I absolutely love this location, it is clean and very close to my residence. Whenever I have returns, they always take care of my packaging. The staff was expert and super friendly. I always enjoy UPS, they do a great job with delivery. I have even worked with them in the past, in some retailers for stock shipment, and they are very good on schedule. Thank you UPS, for always being friendly in our neighborhoods!”
“I wanted to post another review on behalf of our company, Arne Aviation LLC regarding the Norfolk VA DHL Express. We have had to deal with DHL for years now for parts from New Zealand and each time, I dread it because of the poor communication and service. This time was different when I was provided the direct number to the delivering station. Angela Cherry went beyond the call of duty to assist us in getting our shipment in time for an event the next day. Mind you , it was after 4pm on a Friday and the event was scheduled for Saturday morning, she actually took the time to look for our shipment and assist us with picking it up in time. This is the first time EVER, we actually got real assistance from DHL! Thanks again Angela!!”

“Wow above and beyond! It's been a long time since I've seen somebody go above and beyond their duties at their place of employment. Mary and my driver Derek at the Ellsmere Shipping Center in Norfolk V.A. have done just that. Earlier that day I had missed a very important package. It was very important that I got it on a day that I was supposed to. I Voiced in my concerns to Mary and she got in touch with Derek. between the two of them they made it happen an hour after the shipping center closed. Asking nothing in return Mary kept an eye out for my package and alerted me when my driver got back so that I could pick it up, a very important package. “This is a small shop with an owner & employees who are so attentive and helpful. I have been here twice to ship a complicated package, and both times they have helped to pick out the right box size and bubble wrap the fragile items.
They also advised us on which shipping service would be cheapest for the packages we were trying to send. Absolutely stellar customer service!”
