“Such an awesome establishment. It was my first time sending documents through the mail, and the gentleman at the front helped me make it such a seamless process. My package arrived safely and in a quicker time than estimated. Highly recommend this location.”

“This is a small shop with an owner & employees who are so attentive and helpful. I have been here twice to ship a complicated package, and both times they have helped to pick out the right box size and bubble wrap the fragile items. They also advised us on which shipping service would be cheapest for the packages we were trying to send. Absolutely stellar customer service!”

“This place so accommodating reminds me of the old Post office from back in the day when you chatted for a while, checked your mail and sent off any parcels that you had. The owner is a great older guy . I will come here for any postal items that I have to send off and will recommend to my friends. He even had the right size box to fit the items that I was going to send out to my granddaughter!! 😁”

“Hi Manager was the only one working so there was a long wait but she maintain a positive and friendly attitude and helped each one of us . I found her to be a breath of fresh air when we live in a time where people are in such a hurry and often treat employees badly when in a rush. Thank you for sending my special package to my son”

“This went fairly easy. There was 2 workers, however 1 was still on break just standing at the counter and the other said she'll be right back, but then walked away and rung up a customer that came in after I did. Once they came to do what I needed the process was fast.”

“Chris Spruill was the best in costumer service!! I was in a pinch and needed something printed at the last minute 40 minutes before the store closed and he was on it! I emailed it to him and by the time I drove over there he had it printed and cut for me!! AMAZING! He was also very kind. Way to go Chris! Keep up the great work!”

“had an ‘emergency’ & needed to get an important item that an out•of•town friend left behind & fast! but OF COURSE it would be Labor Day that this pops up on my to•do list. *smh* Ran over to the UPS Store in Ghent thanking the stars that they were open! Jamie greeted me with a smile & was not only knowledgeable but quite expeditious, as well! She was incredibly helpful in making sure the package was secure (as it contained a fragile, electronic item) & offered different shipping options along with pricing to fit my budget. She understood the importance of this package & the urgency to get it to the destination quickly & could not have been more accommodating on a holiday, no less! TY Jamie & TY to my local UPS Store ~ you saved my tuchas!”

“Exceptional Service: Mrs. V McCray (Norfolk Team) I am writing to offer my highest praise and deepest appreciation for Mrs. McCray on the Norfolk team. Her dedication to customer service goes far beyond what is expected. I actually met Mrs. McCray at a local laundromat where she overheard me struggling to figure out the complexities of shipping freight. Even though she was off-duty and in an informal setting, she immediately stepped in to help. She didn't have to be as helpful as she was, but she went entirely out of her way to give me guidance and help me identify the right shipping company for my needs. Mrs. McCray was so incredibly friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. Her effort was truly awesome and instantly turned my frustrating day completely around. She is a wonderful ambassador for CMA CGM, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to helping others. Thank you for employing such a dedicated and positive person. Mrs. McCray is a tremendous asset to your company. Sincerely, Nicole At the laundromat”

“I appreciate how the young lady calls me to inform me where my package is being placed due to me having multiple doors. And it was difficult finding my house with new road closures and different routes in Kitty Hawk. You all are greatly appreciated.”

“I absolutely love this location, it is clean and very close to my residence. Whenever I have returns, they always take care of my packaging. The staff was expert and super friendly. I always enjoy UPS, they do a great job with delivery. I have even worked with them in the past, in some retailers for stock shipment, and they are very good on schedule. Thank you UPS, for always being friendly in our neighborhoods!”

“Best service ever! While servicing others on a busy Friday afternoon patiently tried to get my parcel delivered to me by UPS who didn't follow their own instructions 3x's, therefore costing me money to have it delivered to this UPS store. Staff member's suggestion as otherwise the parcel automatically gets returned to Company? Thank you to the young lady who spent over 1:30 hrs helping me?”
