Informed them that the troopers can come any minutes and if they can arrive before the troopers call their own guys which would’ve been a hefty fee. These guys came within 10 mins of me calling maybe even faster tbh. Best service I have received so far from a towing company, if you are ever in need of service kindly give them a call. “Needed a long tow bout 30-40 miles across the tunnel on a vehicle I just bought that doesn't run. When everybody else said they couldn't, A plus jumped right on it. Not too expensive for such a long drive too. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful and the tow driver not only showed up in 30 minutes but made a difficult drop off without problem. “Ricks towing was an amazing experience all around he was on time he was very helpful with getting the truck out of our yard gate even physically got out and did work he did not have to do for us which was greatly appreciated as well he even helped with getting us back home we had a vehicle that was towed to the scrap yard and he even was patient and kind enough to wait until we were paid from since scrap metal and then let us pay him out of the money from the truck which was very helpful he was also very kind and conversated with us on the ride home and up there which made us feel more comfortable riding with him to get to know a little about each other I will say this if I ever in the future need help with a tow Rick's Towing will definitely have all services of mine I have never had such a wonderful experience in my 32 years of life and I can say out of 32 years I have had at least 12 tows. I have had to deal with in my time and not one was as great experience as he had made for my fiance and I. As well the price that he had gave us was under half price of all other companies if not more than half the price which was very great lived everything about the experience that day and would gladly pay him 60 again for a tow. “Owner husband was beyond helpful and very nice. They only accept cash and we didnt know but the owner husband waited there while we went to the atm to get the money. He was unaware my vehicle was at 1 of his others lots and he generously gave us a ride to go get it which he didnt have to. He went out his way to help us! Very nice and friendly people! Very helpful and concerned in helping us get our vehicle back! Great great company even though towed my vehicle (was due to expired tags)”
