“. Ricky was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was very resourceful in getting us back on the road. Great customer service from start to finish. He’ll definitely be the first person we call if we ever need another jump or roadside assistance. Thank you again!”

“Fast, Professional, Efficient! I love dealing with high quality, local businesses. This was my first time using Hart but I will definitely use them again. They were here when they said they would, out the trailer right where we needed and treated our property with respect.”

“I would give 100 stars if I could. They helped an elderly family member today when his van broke down in the middle of traffic. The driver showed care and compassion and got my family member and his van back to the house safely and even blessed him with a special act of kindness which we will pay forward. I cannot thank you enough for being there in my family members time of need. Thank You!”

“Very awesome experience. I was surprised how quickly they turned my car around since it needed a couple of things done and I didn’t have an appointment. But they got me hooked up quickly, inspected and I was able to go on my road trip with confidence. Very cool dudes!”

“Sonny was an absolute gem. He worked quickly and professionally. He took the time to listen and handled my vehicle with care and precision. Additionally, was extremely understanding and accommodating when it came to getting on langley AFB. He also knows how to drive the truck incredibly well, definitely a veteran in this field. Definitely recommend. 100000/10”

“I truly cannot say enough great things about this company—if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. On the 4th of July, a wheel bearing on my boat trailer failed on the way to a fishing trip, and without the right tools I had no way to fix it. After calling 11 towing companies with no luck due to the holiday and the size of my boat, I reached Tidewater Express. Ashlyn, the dispatcher, went above and beyond to find a way to get help out to me. She didn’t give up, and her determination made all the difference. When the driver arrived, he put in an incredible amount of extra effort to safely load my boat onto the truck. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. I highly recommend Tidewater Express for any towing needs—they truly stand out.”

“Needed a long tow bout 30-40 miles across the tunnel on a vehicle I just bought that doesn't run. When everybody else said they couldn't, A plus jumped right on it. Not too expensive for such a long drive too. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful and the tow driver not only showed up in 30 minutes but made a difficult drop off without problem. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!Service: Car towing”

“Owner husband was beyond helpful and very nice. They only accept cash and we didnt know but the owner husband waited there while we went to the atm to get the money. He was unaware my vehicle was at 1 of his others lots and he generously gave us a ride to go get it which he didnt have to. He went out his way to help us! Very nice and friendly people! Very helpful and concerned in helping us get our vehicle back! Great great company even though towed my vehicle (was due to expired tags)”
