βThe staff was very understanding of my situation when I spoke with them over the phone. They let me know that I could wait in the lobby in case they had any cancellations and were able to fit me in.
Once they took my vehicle back, they installed four new tires in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.
They also have a really nice selection of wheels in stock. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and a good selection of wheels.β
βI took my truck to a local shop because I was having engine problems and I knew it was a major issues and after a month at that shop they told me that I needed a new engine...I was ok with that..the reason I was worried was that they had two mechanics leave since my truck was there so I was concerned that they couldn't do the job because they were heavy in regular repairs so I went to barneys because I know the father and I drove a tow truck and delivered lots of cars there but never went back to pick them up. when I went in the father was there and told me that he was retired and his sons run the company and turned me over to them they gave me a price and time for a new engine and I agreed...I had my truck delivered and paid the deposit but when I walked out the front door everyone inside started laughing as if i was a sucker but that was not the issue I just don't trust anyone but they held up to their word my truck was done in three weeks and running great i dont know what they did but I'm happy and I reccomend the work and customer service to anyone who is skeptical about auto shops they are some guys that you can trust their mother taught them wellβ

My 97 f150 is an old pos,Carters is trying to get this truck right i think taking them junk to fix is a bad move on me .I hope they dont kick me out of there and call the epa for bringing that thing to them.They never turned me away,they say we got it. This shop is the shop to go to.β

βHanz was extremely helpful this Christmas Eve! Tire on my truck went flat, I called and even though closing was in 15 minutes he waited for me to arrive and got the rubber switched out promptly!!! Much appreciated guys!β

βWe brought our diesel passat here after weeks of it sitting at casey volkswagen and poor communication as to what the real problem was, they had it figured out in less than a day and even before our actual appointment. Excellent experience, great technicians and keeps you informed the whole time. And fair prices. Only complaint wish I looked them up and found them sooner!β

βThe whole Genisis team was professional and went out of their way to get me the car I wanted a black g80 prestige 3.5 with parchment interior . They found it in Pennsylvania and brought it to Hampton VA. In 2 days . The whole transaction was great from my salesman Omar , to sales mgr Chris to Stan the F&I person to Adam the General Mgr. βMr. Hop is the sweetest! I've never felt taken advantage of at this auto shop. Everyone is kind, polite, respectful, and helpful. They are usually very busy, but they're worth the wait. My only gripe is that they no longer do state inspections.β

My only suggestion is to add a complimentary car wash to their service appointments as most of their maintenance packages are pretty pricey but understandable to keep their cars running at peak performance.β
