U-Haul Moving & Storage at Coliseum offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, self-storage, portable U-Box containers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, propane, and online reservations. Customers appreciate the convenient location and friendly, personable staff. The check-in and return process is often described as simple, fast, and efficient, with some noting it takes less than five minutes. Staff generally provide good service, with some employees going out of their way to answer questions and explain procedures. However, experiences vary; some customers felt that certain associates seemed irritated or unprofessional, and there was concern about a worker battling a Covid infection without customers knowing. Overall, most reviews highlight a smooth process and good value, with a few comments about improving staff attentiveness and ensuring health safety. U-Haul is recommended for those needing reliable moving and storage options.
Relocating and had booked a storage space separate from my spouse, who had rented the truck. Upon arrival was told I was eligible for a free month of storage. The exceptionally knowledgeable young lady was able to refund my original booking and set me up with the free space anyway. Many thanks for saving me a few bucks!
