“Brake King on Jefferson lied to me about why they couldn’t service my truck (rim key) was needed they say! I had a rim key and it worked…Rimtyme told me no need to fret they got me! Brakes was done just like that! Good people are appreciated! Thank you!”
“5 star definitely worth the money to spend on Guaranteed well done work, shout out to who ever fixed my Rim, didnt have to go back to re-balanced it. Price is very reasonable.”
“This shop is nothing but the truth. Great customer service and same day turn around. I had a crack on one of my rims and they were able to fix it and balance my rim. They had me back on the road in no time. Definitely will be doing business again with them. If you are in the Hampton Roads area and have an issue with a crack on your rim causing it to leak air. This is the shop to take it to. If you want it done right this is the spot.”
“Good service. Left another near tire place that I'll not name, that over the phone claimed to have my tire size 245/40/20 but waited 30 mins and the worker was lost. contacted Henry's waiting at other place, they verified I drove over and had my tire and rim installed in about 15 mins not including the 8 minute travel time
there. Shout outs to Henrys.”

“The staff was very understanding of my situation when I spoke with them over the phone. They let me know that I could wait in the lobby in case they had any cancellations and were able to fit me in.
Once they took my vehicle back, they installed four new tires in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.
They also have a really nice selection of wheels in stock. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and a good selection of wheels.”
